Great spot

We loved this condo location. It was right by a pool and close to the lake with a great view. Beds could have been better but we didn’t mind much. The ac didn’t seem to work very well and we couldn’t adjust it, but luckily the weather wasn’t too hot so it wasn’t a huge problem.

Comfortable place with a nice view

We loved the view, property amenities, and the size of the condo. The kitchen has plenty of glasses, silverware, and plates but could use more bowls. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything. The beds were pretty comfortable, and they've updated the bedding, it's all white. This place is older, but it's comfortable and nice enough.

Great location

We enjoyed the location and the amenities of this property. The unit itself needs some upgrades and repairs. Not nearly enough cookware in the kitchen made a meal in challenging, and every part of the fridge was damaged on the interior. The private grill was a nice addition. All the beds need to be upgraded.

Great location, better cleanliness would be better

I love this location, the unit is spacious but the unit was not very clean. Wearing white socks, your socks will be black by the end of the day in the unit. While there I found spiders and a couple moths also. You cant beat this location and resort amenities though.

Beautiful condo, lots of room for 4-6 people. Also the grounds are well maintained and there are beaches, tennis courts, at least 3 pools There are great views as well and it's close to shopping and recreation such as hiking trails.

Past reviews alluded to the bad mattresses, this problem has not been fixed 2 of the beds are like sleeping in hammocks. Dated kitchen and amenities

Perfect Vacation Location to Enjoy the Best of Lake Chelan

This condo enjoys a great location at Lake Chelan Shores, overlooking a swimming pool and with convenient access to the lake, which is just steps away. Watercraft are available for rent on the adjacent dock, and there is plenty of grassy space for sunbathing beneath resort umbrellas or shady trees. The unit comfortably sleeps 6+, although be aware that to access the private bedroom on the upper level, you have to walk past the open loft bedroom and shared bath. There were a few small maintenance issues we noted, including a lamp switch that did not work and a burned-out lightbulb, but those were quickly taken care of with a call to the front desk. The blinds in the main bedroom on the lower level were broken—it was not possible to raise or lower them—but fortunately they were already down and providing blackout coverage from the bright early-morning sun. We would stay here again!

Great room uncomfortable beds

We love the location and the property but the beds were awful! We spent a lot of money to stay here, so have to sleep on cheap mattresses is not ok. There were not enough supplies like garbage bags, hand soap etc. we looked up the price for the same dates next year and it went up by $1200!!! Won’t be staying in this room again 😔

Great spot, but outdated and thrifty

The view was amazing, the facility was great. Although the pools we’re getting a bit grungy around the time left. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen felt like it was furnished from a thrift store 20 years ago, and the fridge leaked inside.

nice view of the lake. pool is big. in covid time, in mid april spring break there was no one in the pool. we had fun at the pool and hot spa.

Great Getaway and Location

Lovely chalet on the shore of Lake Chelan. We visited in the dead of winter so the town was much quieter (add COVID restrictions). Lots of space and warm accommodation.

Great stay with children

The apartment was really clean and had a cool setup with a spiral staircase and bunkbeds that my kids loved. The view and location couldn't have been better. The check-in and check-out process were really easy. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again.

Awesome views! Wonderful experience!

This condo has superb views and all the essential amenities. We were a party of 8, yet, besides its dining space, the place felt spacious. The resort is also quite nice with private swimming area in the lake, multiple pools, a lakeside walkway and several other features we didn't actually use.

Excellent location

Loved the location of the resort, It smelt a little old and we were not able to use any of the resort amenities. I wish this was listed when we booked. The day we were leaving they began cleaning out the swimming pools for use. I would return in the future if I verified all the amenities would be available for use.

It's allabout the view

Unit was much larger than we expected . Could easily accommodate 2 couples and kids. Nicely furnished. Looked right down at the pool and out at the lake. Great location. Within minutes of downtown Chelan and only minutes away from some fantastic wineries. We'd love to stay there again.
