Great stay really close to airport So traffics when leaving wasn’t an issue. Quiet area. Great restaurants nearby.

Excellent place to stay

Very cozy and home like house did not have to leave to buy anything there was soap and dish soap and laundry soap washer and dryer and cable and wifi dishes it was very clean sitting areas on front and back porch and close to the airport ill definitely stay here again the host was plesant and communications couldnt have been any faster alot of tvs dining room is a good size kitchen is big and bedrooms are big

Amazing place

Great private place to stay. Good for a small group of friends or a family to stay. Only negative is the overhead noise from the airport but it isn’t very bothersome. Would stay with him again, very easy to communicate with and to get in touch with!

Comfortable stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We loved that it was away from the craziness of the city and we had plenty of space both outside and inside. We felt comfortable and secure with the extra security measures. Property manager always responded within a reasonable amount of time and made sure we were okay with our stay.

I loved this house. It was cozy and had everything we needed. It felt like home! Andrew was always available when I called. Close to shopping. We will be back!!

Andrew was an amazing host. He responded promptly to all communication. He even suggested some places to visit while we were there. The home was perfect for our needs.

Perfect for us

This was a perfect space for my family. The property was clean, had all the conveniences of home & some. No fighting over TVs in this place Lol! 8 mins from the airport, 3 blocks from restaurants, night life & MARTA. It's a perfect little get away spot. The host is AMAZEBALLS!!! We look forward to staying here again.

From the Bay to Tranquility

The owner went above & beyond to accommodate a cancelled flight which resulted in a delayed arrival and a extended stay. If your looking at this property book it while it’s available! That’s our best advice. We will definitely stay again and again when in Atlanta!

I loved it. It was like we were at home. Andrew is amazing. He's prompt to answer when called and made sure we had everything needed for our stay. We will definitely rent again.

Andrew was very responsive, he has a very nice property. And my daughter was extra excited to be able to witness a TV show filming in the neighborhood. Just icing on the cake of a great trip.

Location location location

This place was perfect! Location was awesome for airport and downtown (don’t have to get on interstate to get downtown) besides airport noise (which I appreciated since I live near an airport) it was quite and you never even see another car on the street so perfect for kids to play outside! Close enough to several restaurants and the Marta to walk! Andrew the host is awesome! We will return when we are Atlanta again.

Comfortable and Cozy

At first I was a little skittish when I arrived one because it was late and two there were no houses around and it was very dark. I contacted Andrew (by the way was amazing!) He apologized for not having the porch light on. His rental was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking(no food 😁). I had no complaints at all and My kids loved it!! I will definitely rent again!!

Great Getaway

This place was just what we needed traveling out of state to visit family. A hotel would not have been sufficient to have space since we were staying for a week, and with having the little kids. Everything we needed was already provided for us in house. Mr. Byrd was very timely and professional in all of his responses, and was a gracious host. The house is located in a secluded area which was great for us because it allowed us to feel comfortable with our little kids going outside to play and explore without having to watch them every moment. Within our week of being there we only saw maybe 3 cars drive down our street, and only 2 people doing some photography of that famous quiet southern feel scenery, with plenty of open land and trees for shade.

Just fine for us.

We were three friends visiting Atlanta and other friends and mainly needed to place to crash in the evening. Andrew's place was just fine for our purposes! The street the property is on was a little surprising in that there was nothing else there except a blocked end and almost like a service road gate. However, it is super close to the airport. You kind of wonder if you are safe, but the house does have an alarm system. There are some things about the house which could use some maintenance. However, like I said, it was great for our purpose. Andrew seems very nice, and promptly answered any messages we sent him.

Nice stay

Location was close to the airport which was perfect If you need to uber. Home Location is next to a lot of restaurants and businesses that can easily be accessed by walking. Older property but it covered essentials, host was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns which made it better. Home is the only one of it'd block but that made parking easy. No major issues, I would stay again.

I had a good experience there with one exception. I saw a few bugs in the rest room. It was the only time I saw them. Other than that no complaints. The owner was swift in his reply to my messages. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Home away from home

I enjoyed my stay in Andrew’s rental property. I was kind of leery of the area and that was because it was the only house in the area and because of the woods, lol. However, it turned out to be a very nice stay. The communication between the two of us was excellent and he was very responsive and responded in a timely fashion. However, when I return to Atl, I would rent again as long as it’s available. Thank you so much🙂!!!

Was a great experience staying in Andrew’s home. The house was perfect and was very close to almost everything! Walking distance from great restaurants in college park. Definitely will be staying here on the next visit to ATL!!
