The home is a perfect base for any downtown Atlanta activities - 4 blocks from the West End MARTA station which runs directly to the airport and downtown, the home is less than 10 minutes drive to Mercedes Benz stadium, the World Congress Center, AUC universities and downtown tourist attractions.
Walk ten minutes to the hot new Lee and White District with fine dining, pubs, distilleries and craft breweries. There's a grocery store right around the corner and CVS is also a quick walk.

The unit has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Our place has granite counters, premium appliances, and custom, high-end finishes. The living space flows into the kitchen with an open floor plan, and the unit has its own large 4K Fire TV for enjoyment. We'll provide all the toiletries, towels, and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked.
Please note, the two units of the property share the laundry room, which is in between the two units.

The West End is a historic residential neighborhood, ideally situated between the airport and downtown Atlanta. From the house, walk less than five minutes to restaurants, breweries, a distillery, grocery store, and other shops on the commercial strip. You're in the heart of the city! - It's very urban in feel and includes homes in various stages of renovation. The neighborhood is safe and walkable.
We're only a few blocks from the MARTA station, which runs directly to downtown and the airport, as well as connects to the World Congress Center and the Mercedes Benz stadium.
The home has 4 offstreet parking spots.
There are also scooter and bike options available to rent, and ubers/lyfts are plentiful and cheap (generally <$10 as we are so close to the center of the city). Walking distance to Atlanta's famous multiuse walking/biking trail, the Beltline.
