We truly appreciate your repeat patronage and are so glad you were able to enjoy the lovely updates make to 11A. Many people love Sandpiper, and the first Saturday of August is always a big turnaround day, resulting in check in times later in the afternoon. We are always happy to provide guests their check in packets so that they can enjoy the facilities and the beach while they wait for our call that their condo is ready. Your rent rate has gone up 11% since 2020, and the housekeeping fee has gone up $25. Deep cleans, a four-day process, don't occur until the fall, after the busy spring and summer seasons. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

It was great, seeing you all again! Sandpiper 11A has just had new carpeting installed, making it a great unit in which to enjoy your time with your friends.

We love having you come every year. We always encourage you and all of our guests to reach out, should anything at all need our attention. We will certainly get the furniture professionally cleaned. We're excited to see that you've already booked 11A for next year!
