Not our best stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had issues with oven and dryer. Both were addressed. There is dirty dust on ceilings around all ventsIcemaker must have a leak because the cubes on the back end stick together in a clump. No back support in any of the living/breakfast area seating.Lamp on living room table is unstable.Large frying pan is beyond its service life (non stick surface is no longer non stick)Doors to balcony needs a screen.Luggage rack would be helpful.

Overall it was ok. It is small but that is what we wanted. Furniture was older, especially the sofa and balcony furniture cushions. Balcony railing was moldy. We noticed some dark spots in the ceiling. Bedroom fan had to be adjusted to work. Condo was well furnished and clean. Great view. One of the elevators kept malfunctioning. With a little effort it could be excellent.

Perfect getaway!

We had a great time! Wonderful location! Our only complaint was the bed. It was way too firm for us. Other than that, we will definitely consider staying again.

I'd book it again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great experience with this stay. The location was walking distance to the pier where my son spent most of his time. It was also walking distance to a few other locations including a sweet ice cream spot. It had a beautiful view of the ocean. The place was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed. The host responded very quickly and checked in frequently to ensure all my needs were met. We initially did not have the pool code and when I texted, I received a response in less than 5 minutes. The facility staff and security were all nice and helpful. One of the elevators were down when we arrived on Sunday but I believe it was back up and running by Monday night or Tuesday morning. The outside pool was a little green when arrived but there was someone cleaning the pool by first thing Monday morning. Only other critique I could give is maybe add some weights to the workout facility.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. Short walk to the beach and wonderful view. The property is at a great location. Close to the state park and 59. Only issue would be the sofa bed in the living room. The mattress is old and you can feel the springs. Bunk beds need to be for little kids.

Boardwalk

This property was perfect for our stay. I love that it is the last condo heading towards the state park. Less crowded. I would recommend that someone might suggest to the owner/rental property owners of the entire building that several boards on the boardwalk need to be replaced for safety concerns of guests.
