"Gulf Tower 7D, situé au 1051 West Beach Boulevard, est un condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bains offrant une vue incroyablement vaste sur la plage. La suite principale et la suite d'invité ont des lits queen size. Lorsque vous incluez le canapé-lit dans le salon et le canapé-lit double sur le balcon fermé, cet appareil peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. Deux télévisions, deux lecteurs DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi vous permettront de rester connecté et diverti pendant votre séjour. Il y a une cuisine complète et une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité. We'll definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gulf Tower! The balcony was amazing; bedrooms were nice, comfy mattresses, and both bathrooms good! Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, etc! Good storage for beach & pool items! Pool was great...and quiet, not crowdede'll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very relaxing. The condo unit was clean. We felt very comfortable in the unit. The chairs on the balcony were pleasant to sit in and watch the dolphins in the morning while drinking our coffee. The full moon was awesome as it shone on the gulf. The morning sunrises and sunsets were stunning. We definitely recommend this unit for a restful vacations.

Beautiful view of the Gulf

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to Gulf Shores, and location was great! The condo was nice and had an outstanding view from the balcony. However the down side of this rental are as follows :The condo could use a little freshening up / updating. It was clean in general, but the carpets could stand to be professionally cleaned. The added costs for cleaning was confusing / excessive considering they pretty much expect everything to be cleaned by the guest before leaving the property. Lastly,there is only one key fob for the pool and entrance to beach area which made it a bit inconvenient since we were traveling with another couples. All of this aside, Bender Realty staff are outstanding to deal with. They were in constant communication regarding our stay and if everything was in working order. Thank you for a relaxing vacation!

my house is cleaner

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: refridge has a note on it, it says: don't put everything in at once, important things first to allow 24 hours for it to get cold? Seems like that condo needs a new refridge. Stunk...had to use 1/2 bottle of Febreeze everywhere. no soap or towels in kitchen, had to use other pans as lids for the pans you are cooking in. only 1 garbage bag. have to pick up parking pass and key fob and then drop off the key fob at a different location coming and going. Only get one key fob for the pool and beach access. Ive stayed in the same building, different condo several times and won't be going back with this management company called Bender Realty. And I'll look elsewhere when buying a condo next year, because the office staff just had excuses when we tried to communicate this in person on our way out.

The condo was clean, but furnishings are very dated. Needs a remodel. Construction was going on the building, and there was only one very slow elevator working.

Location, Location, Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check in and check out. The unit was clean and as expected from the photos. We were very happy with how easy and close it was to get to the beach - no long walkways. The fob system for the pool/beach was a little annoying with two families(5 people) sharing one fob - but we dealt with it. Our only other criticism is the amenities in the kitchen. The skillets were very old and needed to be replaced. The non-stick surfaces were wearing off and were coming off on the food (due to many people using metal cooking utensils on them). The pans should be replaced and plenty of non-metal cooking utensils should be made available if the replacement pans are non-stick.

Good Place for a family Getaway

This is a good property, and good location. Safe and secure. Unlike other properties on the Alabama coast, to get into this property you have to have a electronic key to access the pool and beach boardwalk. There’s a real problem with many of the condominiums and hotels in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores where free loaders will just use any condominium or hotel they choose and can access. It’s not so easy with this one, and I was very grateful for that. The actual unit here does need updating. There is still carpet in the majority of the unit, and just the overall condition needs an upgrade. Also, the mattresses are pretty thin and it would be nice to have something a bit thicker and more plush. Overall, it’s worth the money, and certainly better than 90% of the other units that I have stayed in

However, we placed our beach chairs and umbrella in the little alcove outside our door because they were still a little sandy. The next day the chairs and umbrella were gone. Had to purchase new items. I wish someone would have knocked on the door and told us that we should not have placed them there.

Inadequate Parking

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed Gulf Shores and would definitely go back. The condo was clean and beach side. I would not use this condo again because of the parking. The condo was suggested for 6 people and we had 6 including 2 small children. One vehicle was required to park at Bender Realty and it was very inconvenient. We were having to go after a vehicle every time we went anywhere. I did check the parking lot around 10 pm every night and there were many available parking spots. Also the security on site was very rude. The security should remember that we are on vacation and guests and be treated accordingly.
