What the Owners Love:
The sheer convenience of the Pacific Building is hard to beat. It's quite literally across the road from the beach, making a pair of flip flops the only transport you'll need. There's a private car space if you need to travel further afield - may we suggest a seafood lunch at Watson's Bay? Not only that, but the building sits atop a high-end shopping precinct. Groceries are only an elevator ride away.

What We Love:
The balconies, with their native and tropical plants, are wonderful. What could be better than sitting out on a beautiful deck in a stylish wicker chair with a cold drink in hand, admiring the view? Well, perhaps going out for a cold drink: but this is Bondi, there' plenty of opportunity to do that too.

What the Traveller Loves:
Speaking of going out, Bondi is home to some of Sydney's best dining, night-life and cafe culture. A flat white with poached eggs before hitting the surf is almost compulsory: Shuk, Gusto and Porch and Bennett St Dairy offer some of the best. For a long lunch or an elegant dinner it's hard to go past Sean's Panaroma and Icebergs, located at opposite ends of the beach. If a drink (and maybe even a dance) is more your speed, you'll find the beautiful people at Ravesi's, Public Bar and the Beach Road Hotel.
