Venez profiter de l'air marin dans ce 3 chambres à coucher, 1 1/2 salle de bain, à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la plage de Manomet. Cette maison et cet endroit ont tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances amusantes! La maison comprend un grand parking, la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, une grande cuisine, un lave-linge / sèche-linge et une grande douche extérieure pour vous rincer après une journée à la plage. Avec la plage à portée de main, les restaurants à proximité, le golf et d’autres activités, c’est un endroit idéal pour passer une semaine à la plage!

Une chambre a un lit double, la seconde une reine et la troisième a deux lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un bureau avec un lit de jour. Télévision par câble avec internet haut débit. Grande terrasse extérieure pour prendre les repas ou tout simplement siroter un cocktail l'après-midi. Chaises de plage et serviettes incluses. Draps inclus.

10-15 minutes en voiture de Pinehills Golf, Atlantic Country Club, Waverly et Crosswinds. 15 minutes en voiture de l'historique Plymouth et Plymouth Plantation, des restaurants du centre-ville et des boutiques.

Always a Pleasure

This is the third summer we have stayed at Ivan's place. It is always clean and in such a great location for access to the beach.. We love the porch for meals and the outdoor shower!

Best beach house experience

From the moment we got to the Manomet House until we left, it was the best Vrbo that we have ever had the opportunity to stay in. Very clean, well stocked, great location, wrap around deck, you couldn’t ask for anything more. Plus, Ivan was a very personable and helpful host. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 had more than enough room in the house, which was incredibly clean and well-cared for. Ivan is a wonderful host who met us at check in to share information and answer any questions. It is an easy walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Love this place!

Paradise in Manomet

What a fabulous vacation. Our rental home had everything we needed and more. Location to beach is perfect and home sooo comfortable. From comfortable beds to fully appointed kitchen and outdoor space. We rent every summer and agreed this home exceeded every other. Thank you to our host Ivan fir a fabulous stay.

Perfect family vacation!

Absolutely perfect for our family's New England summer vacation! The house is beautiful with everything we needed, from the kitchen to beach chairs & toys. Great bedroom and living spaces with an amazing deck. A close 2-3 minute walk to the best private, uncrowded beach -- great with having a 3 and 7 year old. Ivan is an incredible and friendly host, greeting us and always helpful with recommendations. We will absolutely return!

Beautiful

The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with tools, spices, plates, etc. Anything you could want for the beach was there and Ivan checked us in and gave us a tour himself. The deck has a beautiful breeze that made eating outside so worth it. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and it was manageable for our 6 and 3 year old. The beach itself was quiet with friendly neighbors and wonderful places for the kids to play. We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. We wanted to stay by the beach, but without the congestion of the Cape. We could not have picked a better place. The house is located in a small beach neighborhood. There is a very short (maybe two minutes) walk to a private members only beach. The beach was perfect for our children to play, catching different crabs and starfish at low tide. There were always other children for them to play with at the beach and all of the people were very friendly. The house, although more private is still conveniently located close to downtown Plymouth. You can spend mornings exploring and afternoons at the beach. The house was very clean and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, even providing some food, drink, and toiletries. It was probably the best VRBO experience I have had. We would definitely stay here again!

New England Getaway

Ivan is amazing. He greeted us, gave us great info. The house is exactly as described. It was perfect for our girls weekend in New England. The only negatives were the traffic from Boston to Manomet and a few hills and steps, but other than that, it was great.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful vacation home! Ivan was so nice and met us at the property to greet us and show us around his home. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything you would need for a beach vacation! The beach is a short walk away, and is so picturesque and the water is so clear. My 3 boys loved staying here too, there was plenty of room for everyone. My husband and I loved having our morning coffee on the deck. We would definitely stay here again!!

The Cottage is beautiful! It’s a five minute walk to a wonderful private beach. Ivan goes above & beyond making sure you have everything needed for a wonderful vacation. He was always a phone call or text away if we needed anything. We’ll definitely be back!

September Getaway!

Ivan’s house was perfect for our family of 6. Spacious open layout downstairs, upstairs has a nice sitting area in addition to the three bedrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need, including a stand-up mixer that I used to make a cake, and plenty of paper goods. Ivan was a most gracious host, meeting us at the house to show us around, and even mailing a book back that we left there when we checked out. Short walk to the beach, as well as The Marshland for a great breakfast. Great location, we would definitely go back!

Beautiful cottage close to beach!

Ivan was amazing! He was always a phone call or text away if we needed anything. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed. It’s a short walk to a beautiful private beach. Downtown Plymouth is great for shopping & restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Great location, nice walk to the beach(not to far and no problem for a 3 year old). Ivan was great and very helpful in getting us setup. Plenty of space for us and very comfortable.

Family getaway

Nice relaxing getaway with convenient access to a pristine beach. Close to many historical sights and still able to enjoy a private family vacation on the seashore. The property is well stocked and I N provided everything in case you forget the slightest thing. Kitchen is stocked with more than essentials. This was by far my best VRBO rental experience. Ivan was helpful and always only a text away if needed.

We had a great vacation from checkin to checkout. The house had everything we needed for our family of 5 with 3 young children. Close walk to the beach that the kids loved. Everything you need!

Ivan was great as a host and the house has everything you need to enjoy the beach. Beach chairs and towels are a must and plenty were provided. Plenty of room in house for all. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Getaway

I'm so glad we decided to get away to this home for a week! The beach nearby was wonderful. Although the water was COLD the days were hot and so we had a great time running in until we got numb and then running out to play in the sand, gather rocks and shells, build sandcastles and more. There were plenty of beach toys available at the house, which helped make things more fun. The house was great for our needs -- 4 kids and 2 adults. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked. I just have a few things that I would recommend for the owner that would have bumped up our review to five stars: *light-blocking curtains or blinds in the bedrooms -- our kids were up bright and early at 6 each morning because of the sun coming in *a lightweight stick vacuum to facilitate clean-up after meals -- we like to clean up after each meal because our kids are impressively messy eaters, but the vacuum at the house was ancient and unwieldy, and the straw broom wasn't very effective, either. *softer/flatter pillows -- the beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were extremely firm and only good for side sleepers. In retrospect we should have just brought our own pillows, as we were just driving from a few hours away, but I forgot. Still, all-in-all it was a wonderful vacation. Beach was about a 15 minute walk at the pace of an easily-distractable 3-year-old -- I imagine an adult could do it in 5 minutes. Lots of places to eat nearby with outdoor patios, which is nice in the era of COVID. Good mask-wearing discipline and social distancing going on in all the stores. And the beach was not crowded at all so it was easy to keep distance there.
