Neptune's Folly est une maison confortable de 3 chambres Ă  coucher et 2 salles de bain avec accĂšs Ă  la plage juste en face de la rue! DĂ©tendez-vous le matin en Ă©coutant les vagues dĂ©ferler pendant que vous ĂȘtes assis sur le grand porche ou passez une soirĂ©e Ă  l’intĂ©rieur avec de la place pour tout le monde dans le salon spacieux. Apporter votre bateau avec vous? Pas besoin de vous inquiĂ©ter pour le stockage, il y a de la place pour garer un bateau et une remorque dans l'allĂ©e.
Cette maison dispose de 2 chambres avec lits king-size et d'une salle de bains de style Jack et Jill entre elles. La 3Ăšme chambre avec un lit Queen et une salle de bain sĂ©parĂ©e. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et prĂȘte Ă  recevoir.

Nous accueillons les animaux de compagnie bien élevés (et leurs propriétaires bien élevés) chez nous, afin que vos chiots puissent passer des vacances à la plage avec vous. Veuillez respecter les lois locales sur la laisse et garder vos chiens en laisse à la plage tout le temps. Nous facturons 100 $ par animal (non remboursable) - pas plus de 2 animaux.

Just a wonderful house top to bottom. I love how old it is with modern touches. It feels like an old-school beach home vibe. Very relaxing and right across from beach access. We have stayed here before and will continue to stay here on future visits

Great beach house in quiet area

We usually stay close to downtown and this was much more quiet and relaxing spot to hit the beach. The house had a lot of nice touches and decorations that felt very cozy. Plenty of places to sit out or have a BBQ. All modern amenities including TV’s which we loved at night. Beach is literally a thirty second walk away. Would stay at again.

Perfect get away beach house!

Location is a couple minutes to the beach. Easy drive into center street and food. Great for cooking fresh seafood at home. Spacious well equipment house and kitchen. We will be back!

Neptune’s Folly Cottage

We enjoyed our stay in Folly! Neptune’s Folly Cottage is clean and well equipped. The queen mattress was quite worn and uncomfortable to the point we slept on the sofa. The property manager addressed the situation (contacted the owner, etc), but the issue was not corrected until our last 2 nights on the property. One of the remaining two king beds is also quite worn and uncomfortable but since only one person was sleeping in that room we dealt with it. We showed it to the person that delivered the double bedding and I believe she notified the rental agent. At any rate, hopefully you were made aware of this situation. I would have expected better bedding for the price point of this rental.

Birthday gathering

Sunday was my recently widowed mom's 80th birthday. Before he passed my dad wanted to do something really special for her "big" birthday. We knew because of his health issues it probably would not happen. Mom was his care taker and has not been able to get away in years. The beach is her favorite place and she hasn't stepped foot on one in about 8 years. This vacation was her birthday present and it exceeded all expectations. Neptune's Folly was perfect in every way. The view from the front porch was amazing. The beach is a short walk across the street. The house was super comfortable with all the touches of home. Our vacation with mom was priceless. Her little dog Coco was so at home she did not want to leave. If you want a great vacation spot, stay here. We will definitely be back. Did I mention this is a great place to stay? It is! And the host is great too!not

Perfect house!

This house was in a perfect location--quiet but close to everything! We could see the ocean from the front porch. Plenty of room inside and all we needed for cooking and relaxing!

Beach view

Neptune's Folly is an older beach cottage in a great area, just steps from the beach. Spacious kitchen, large dining table, huge porch with comfy chairs and ocean view. They are currently working on a new deck in the back of the house. The bedrooms were large and had comfortable beds. There was a gas grill that we used most nights. It's a short drive/walk to town and there were areas to bike. Parking in town is limited for cars so expect to walk a block or two to get to Center St. The property management was great. Easy check in and good communication. We will be back.

Anniversary week

We celebrated our 25th with our friends. It was beautiful and quiet until the smoke alarm went off. Haha we laughed at it as it added to our adventure. The property manager took care of us immediately. We all had a blast.

Little Pink Cottage

Neptune Folly was everything and more. It is an adorable cottage, great area, just steps from the beach. We loved it. The property management was great. Easy check in and good communication. We will be back.

Perfect Beach Cottage

The views and proximity to the beach were unmatched! Not to mention, being a short 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston–this place offers the best of both worlds. We will be back!

Beach Oasis!

My friends, family and I had an amazing stay at Neptune's Folly. Spacious kitchen, large dining table, huge porch with comfy chairs and ocean view. The bedrooms were large and had comfortable beds. We are already looking forward to our return visit.

Folly stay

This house is in a great location and Folly Beach was super fun, family friendly and laid back. The beach was right across the street, which made it easy to grab lunch or use the restroom. I would recommend adding a golf cart, if you choose to stay here in peak season, b/c parking at restaurants can be a bit of a bear. the house was clean but could use some updating.

Birthday get away

We only had a few short days. Folly beach was a really neat place to stay. Get a golf cart to make travel in town easy. We went to Charleston for a day and it wasn’t enough time. Such a beautiful town!! I would recommend a week to see a lot more than we were able to see and do in 3 days!!

Amazing Place

We had a blast at this wonderful house with a perfect location right across from the beach entrance. We had plenty of room for our family, and the house is 3 blocks from “the washout” surf break, we didn’t get much swell but had a wonderful time with our entire family and our daughter that goes to USC came down with 2 friends to join us for Easter. First time in folly and we plan on coming back! Property management was great and communication was perfect. Highly recommend!

Soccer weekend getaway

We were in town for a soccer tournament and stayed here on follys beach! This was the perfect place! We had such a great time! The house is cute and the neighborhood is quite and the beach is right there! We will stay here again!

Nice location

Great location across from public beach entrance. Updated kitchens and bath were very nice. There is no master bedroom. The main bath is the jack and Jill bath, which is a bit confusing in the pictures. Overall a nice older beach house, we had a great time.

Cute house, great location

The house is right across the street from public beach access, making it extremely convenient. It has a great porch with a slight view of the ocean, which was perfect for my family members who didn’t want to go to the ocean. The house was very cozy and comfortable!

Sweet beach cottage with wonderful porch

Neptune's Folly is a delightful beach cottage with an ocean access directly across the street. Although the kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated, the owners have saved the old style beadboard and wood flooring. This house has an authentic beachy feel and being so close to the beach ensures you can hear the waves and see the water. Bed linens and towels were good quality and ample. House was clean when we arrived. We stayed there 5 weeks during January/February and Folly Beach has enough activity, bars and restaurants to keep us amused. The front porch of this rental is large and has an ocean view. If you're looking for a modern, slick new home, this isn't for you. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! THE HOUSE WAS ADORABLE, VERY CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING WE COULD HAVE ASKED FOR. THE LOCATION WAS SUPERB - THE VIEWS WERE WONDERFUL. EVERYTHING WAS WITHIN A GOLF CART RIDE AWAY AND THE BEACH WAS JUST ACROSS THE STREET. ONE OF THE BEST STAYS OUR FAMILY HAS EVER HAD. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR FOR SURE!
