We also appreciate your feedback regarding the electricity policy and the Property Damage Protection requirement. We understand how receiving additional information after booking could be frustrating. We do require the Property Damage Protection coverage offered through VRBO, which provides coverage for accidental damage during a guest’s stay, at a cost of $59. Regarding the air conditioning, our service company recommends keeping the thermostat set at 70 degrees or above to help ensure the system operates properly and efficiently, particularly during periods of high demand.
