Ideal location with a great view

Beautiful apartment located in an ideal place near downtown and right next to Metro stop. Had beautiful view of the Danube river every morning and was easy to walk to most things that we needed to get to. Would stay here again the next time we come to Budapest.

Great stay!

Great location in a quaint local neighborhood with cafe, bars, restaurants nearby. Proximity to tram make sightseeing easy. Comfy beds. Views and River are beautiful. Windows very soundproof for sleeping with AC. Highly recommended- Gyorgy is a great host.

Beautiful location

Beautiful views of the river from every window and lots of restaurants nearby. People sensitive to street noise should be aware of the streetcar stop just in front but that is also super convenient! Apartment could benefit from a higher standard of detail cleaning but all needed amenities are provided. We had a very pleasant stay here.standard t

Amazing apartment with the perfect view

Great spot, close to everything . Host was super accommodating and responded right away if we had any questions . You have everything you need and more in the apartment. I would return if I’m in town again .I highly recommend it , especially if you are staying with some friends or family members .

Wonderful stay

This lovely apartment is one block from the tram service and Danube River. It is centrally located and boasts a wonderful farmers market in a large enclosed building offering many fresh food options and local dishes. It is easy to navigate to any area whether by tram, bus, train, or simply walking. I highly recommend this apartment and host. The host is very responsive as well.

Beautiful Budapest

The apartment is well appointed, easy to access (with clear instructions) and located in a building across from a park which is adjacent to the Danube. The boardwalk has 5 restaurants (we tried two) which were both excellent. There is also a nearby street that we dubbed Restaurant Row, with 20 to choose from. We walked to the City Centre and to other attractions but the tram is right across the street as well. . György was excellent in his accessibility and communication. A highly recommended place to stay!

SPECTACULAR in Every Respect: Property, Location & HOST

Completely exceeded my expectations, even from the (accurate) photos. Gyorgy was so helpful & generous - have never had a host who was this gracious. The view is simply magnificent. Suite was thoroughly cleaned, quiet, spacious & nicely furnished. The #2 Tram provides excellent arterial access. Beyond excellent value.

Beautiful Apartment overlooking the Danube

Easy instructions to get into apartment. Very secure building right off a tram stop, across from the Danube. Furnished with everything you need including coffee!very clean and comfortable. Minor problem with one of the air conditioners dripping water the morning of our departure, called and said he would take care of it. Grateful for getting an early checkin after a flight schedule change. Great, fast communication.

Lovely place, as advertised!

Had a wonderful stay at György's place. The photos and description Gyorgy provides for this propert are very accurate and honest (probably of any rental place I've stayed in). It was spacious, tastfully and well furnished, extremely clean, offered beautiful unobstructed views of the Danube, and was located right on the river next to a train stop for the super convenient 'tourist' train line (train line 2/2B/2M). Really appreciated the king size bed as well! György is a gentleman and very professional: he responds to messages quickly and thoroughly, helped guide us through the process of submitting documentation to the Hungarian government (a mandatory government requirement I was obvious to), and was considerate enough to provide us with some lovely little 'extras' like quality teas, coffee, cream, and other stuff to make our stay more pleasant. His English writing is impeccable as well. Checking into the place was a bit more of a process than I am normally used to; however, György provides very good instructions on how to access the place, so it wasn't an issue. Highly recommend this property!

Clean & exceptionally located apartment in Pest

We came to explore Budapest for a week prior to departing on a Christmas Market River Cruise on the Danube. The apartment was everything it was said to be and our questions were answered quickly. The central market is nearby, the #2 train & transit was easy to use, and the restaurants nearby did not disappoint.

Beautiful appartment - spacious, comfortable and with lovely views of the river and watching the world go by on the street below. It was the perfect place for a relaxing stay for our family of four. There are excellent transport links right outside the front door and it's an easy walk into the centre. The appartment is well equipped (including coffee machine and washing machine if you need it) and there is a choice of supermarkets and the large food hall within a few minutes walk of the appartment. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Kurztrip mitten in Budapest

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Budapest. Wir haben die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß bzw. mit der Tram erkundet. Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt alles in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Fluss. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktioniert sehr gut und zügig. Self-Check-in super-praktisch. Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wir wurden liebevoll empfangen mit Kaffee-Kapseln und Mineralwasser. Auch ausreichend Handtücher und Papier waren vorhanden, womit in anderen Appartements ja häufig gegeizt wird 😉 Man hört etwas die Hauptstraße am Morgen, wenn die Fenster im Schlafzimmer offen sind, jedoch ist man eben dafür auch sehr zentral. Wir möchten in jedem Fall gerne wieder kommen.

Lovely stay, would return!

Picked this spot for the open feeling and the proximity to friends who live at Fovam Ter. The bed was comfortable, the view was refreshing, the place felt open and roomy and it was set up nicely for a couple with children (though I was traveling alone). The kitchen is simple but even has a dishwasher. Shower was nice and everything felt clean. The washing machine was very helpful and it had a bit of a drying cycle as well which was a nice feature! The windows have great soundproofing (which you’ll probably want for sleeping — it’s conveniently right at a #2 tram stop but that also means it can naturally be loud if the windows are open). It was easy to get around by foot or public transit. I’d be happy to stay here again.
