French doors lead out to the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or lay in bed and catch up on your favorite TV shows.

The open upstairs kitchen + living area is made for epic family nights around the dining room table, movie snuggles on the couch with a 65" Smart TV, or chilling with toes up on the balcony after a full beach day! Alongside the couch is a cozy sitting area with four swivel chairs, perfect for curling up with a good beach book and a morning cup of coffee.
