We did not use pet areas, however the backyard is fenced in and very spacious.The home was clean and spacious. Plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and two children. We enjoyed having a fire pit and playing catch in the back yard. The kitchen and dinning space were also very nice to play some cards and games at the end of our night. I really enjoyed having a large master bedroom close to the kitchen so that I was able to host my family without worrying about waking everyone up when I woke up to make coffee and breakfast. The master bathroom was a perfect place for us to get our hair and make up done the morning of graduation. The 2year old enjoyed the freedom yo run around and play without us being worried about anything needing to be blocked off. Nice one level flow for the home.

Wonderful stay…home was well stocked and as described in listing. Fenced in yard was great for our pups. Hosts were friendly, responsive and flexible which we truly appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend or book again. Thank you!

The house is in an incredible location, with great views out the windows. Everything was clean and comfortable, and they even had a custom home cooked cake waiting for us on arrival which was a very nice touch. This would be an awesome spot for a football game too. Communication was easy and check-in process was smooth. Can’t wait to stay here again!

West Lafayette Trip

The location and cleanliness of the property were great. All amenities were there for a nice experience. There were some snafus with the alarm system and electricity, which were not the fault of the owner, and those were the only aspects of the stay that caused concern. I would highly recommend this property for a great experience in West Lafayette.

Quite convenient location

The home was a close walking distance to tailgating and Ross-ade! It is newly remodeled. We had eight adults in our group, which required us to strategically share bathrooms but it all worked out for those two days. We couldn’t find the thermostat at first but maintenance was quick to respond. We highly recommend this home to other families!

The pictures of the property were very dull, so I was going soley by reviews on this property. Pleasantly, this house was much better than expected and would definitely stay here again! Owner really needs to upgrade the pics to do it justice! justice!

Fantastic Home for a Large Family Get Together

This place was just amazing for what we needed. We went to visit our Purdue student and met all four grandparents there, all coming from different states. We were there for a long weekend. The property was just what we were looking for. Lots of beds, with places to sit and places to play games as a group. We had 8 people and this easily fit that many and could have fit more. Great host with fast responses!

This home had great space and great proximity to the Purdue campus. We were in town moving our daughter in and was the ideal location. Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect location!

We were able to enjoy the convenience of being so close to campus so we could take our daughters to their scheduled events, walk the dogs and attend a Purdue basketball game! The house had everything we needed and we hope to stay there again next time we visit campus!

Go Purdue!

This place was perfect. Very close to Purdue and downtown where all the restaurants, shopping, and sporting events are. Nadine was great when I had questions. Check in and leaving process was simple. The house was very nice and clean. The bedrooms were spacious and perfect for several ppl to stay. We were there for a graduation at Purdue and we went to the Purdue men’s basketball game which was so fun! We had a great time!

Weekend for Purdue football game. Location within walking distance to stadium and across the street from golf course. House was very clean and well equipped. Although we didn’t have any issues Nadine was very quick to respond to inquiries. Great rental and will return in the future.

When Owner Nadine Morgan suggested working together on this property, I jumped at the opportunity to co-host Cherry Lane. I like the location since it is the closest short term rental to the Purdue golf courses: Birck and Ackerman-Allen. We welcome you to join us on this journey. We hope you will return as guests over time.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I (Cedric) read The Family Board Meeting (https://www.18summers.com/book/) and realized that my family has 18 summers with our kids, currently 13, 13, 11, and 9 years old. One of our 13 year old twins has a God given talent for hospitality. Our 11 year old daughter is a natural entrepreneur. We already have a two short-term, two mid-term, and two long term rentals. We were looking for opportunities to incorporate our rental businesses with teaching our children new talents. Similar to Cleaning House (https://www.amazon.com/Cleaning-House-Twelve-Month-Experiment-Entitlement/dp/0307730670) we sought to cultivate our children's gifts and talents in entrepreneurship.
After staying in a few short term vacation rentals, we were interested in incorporating short term vacation rentals into teaching our children in the way they should go.
Cherry Lane (1124 Cherry Lane) is quite a find. During your stay you will appreciate that you are less than a few blocks from each of the following: Ross-Ade Stadium, Mackey Arena, and Birck and Ackerman-Allen.
