Cette belle maison de 2 étages est nichée dans une rue calme dans une atmosphère très sûre et familiale. À peu près tout le monde dans le quartier y vit depuis de nombreuses années. Notre résidence est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour vos vacances. Il y a 5 chambres très spacieuses disponibles. 3. 5 bains. Un espace de jeux / salon et un beau loft avec un espace bureau pour ceux qui voyagent pour le travail. Vous profiterez de la superbe piste cyclable qui est littéralement visible de notre arrière-cour, où vous pourrez faire une belle promenade tranquille ou une promenade à vélo pour vous aider dans une expérience très relaxante. Nous sommes situés au centre d'Orlando en Floride. À quelques minutes du monde Disney, du centre Epcot, de l'universel et bien plus encore. Je vous invite à profiter de cette grande maison avec votre famille et vos proches.

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The rooms on the ground floor were great for our elderly parents. The play room kept the kids entertained. The kitchen was well stocked, with even kids plates and cutlery.

Charmaine was absolutely lovely! The home was beautiful, clean, had several amenities, and was as advertised. We had an enjoyable, relaxing stay and enough space for everyone. Charmaine was responsive to our needs and answered quickly. The home is located in an easily accessible area, where we had access to our conference, as well as shopping and eateries.I will definitely use VRBO and rent from Charmaine again!

Great place for a large group!

Great house and community! I definitely would stay here again. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of towels and linens. Overall a great place to stay especially with a large group of people.

Perfect for our corporate retreat

We hosted a corporate gathering in the area and the location of the property was perfect for our needs for hosting several out of town guests. There were ample amenities and kitchen is well stocked to economize on not having to eat out all the time. Would stay there again.

Best Location for Central Florida

This roomy house is located close to all the Disney attractions but also close to Mt. Dora and Kelly Park/Rock Springs. The house is laid out with bedrooms and baths on both levels and plenty of room to cook in the kitchen. It is perfect for a large family.

Overall we were very pleased with this property. We couldn’t get the tv on in the Velvet room and the mattress in the Beach room needs to be replaced. I would stay here again!! Just not during an arctic freeze🥶

Our stay was more than I expected. The property was exactly like the pictures. We visited Orlando for a church event, our stay was not as long as I wanted it to be. The location of this property was perfect for us. it was very conveniently located where we needed to be. Charmaine was such a great host. It was a pleasure staying at her property and working with her. I hope to stay at this property again.

Beautiful home

Wonderful home. It was beautifully decorated. The owners had drinks waiting in the fridge upon arrival. Everything was outstanding. The only surprise was that it did not have a pool at the home but had access to a community pool somewhere in the subdivision. It was not a big deal but just a little different than expected. Overall a fantastic experience. I would rent there again.

Checkin Contact Info Needs to Be Updated

Checkin process received one star due to not being able to reach Host at the time of Checkin. I arrived to the property during checkin and Host was not reachable, nor did the Host send the checkin access code early. Had to call VRBO Customer service to get in touch with Host. Was later contacted by Host's family member who is the property manager. Once checked in, all worked out fine. Advised the Host's family property manager to change the contact information that is online.

Not as advertised / unhelpful host

First, be aware that this is NOT a 6 bedroom house! It is 5 bedrooms with a game room that can be used as a bedroom but only with an ancient, rickety folding cot. The photos would also lead one to believe that there are 8 beds; there are 6. We had 8 men staying so 8 beds was perfect which is why we booked this house. We were shocked to show up and find just six beds! We reached out to the host frantically trying to figure out what to do. We needed air mattresses or something. It took several hours for a response and, even then, the response was that there were air mattresses as well as sofa beds which were both false. Also upon checkin, one of the smoke detectors was chirping and needed new batteries; their response was that it wasn’t happening when the cleaning crew was there. The next day we reported that the light and fan didn’t work in one room; they never came to fix those. We asked for a space heater because the game room was freezing; they never responded. Overall, this was a terrible stay!

3 nights in Ocoee

My family was in the area for a funeral. It was a sad trip and we did not spend a lot of time at the house. It is a big house with lots of room in the living/dining/kitchen areas. We did spend time visiting at the table in the kitchen. Kitchen was nice. All of us were so glad to be here and not in hotel rooms. The bedrooms were adequate (ceiling fans/TV's) but the beds are very soft - the kind that you sink into leaving a big dent you need to crawl out of. My brother decided the couch was better. So, if you like firmer beds ...maybe not for you. The bathrooms are in need of updating. They are original to the house and show a lot of wear and tear. But not gross and good enough for our needs. It was 95 degrees so we did not spend any time on the back patio or the yard area. Back yard is fenced. There is a community pool. The code to get in did not work so cannot review it. Neighborhood was very quiet. There are a lot of things available if you need them. Shower chairs, walkers, crib, bassinette, bicycles. Plenty of linens and also nice laundry area. Check in was easy. Host supplied the code to front door and that code worked just fine. Internet worked fine too. There were 7 of us (all adults) and staying here was much cheaper than getting hotel rooms. One thing I did not expect was that I had to purchase insurance or else put up a deposit. Never had to do that before. We are the kind of people that leave a place just as we found it.

Very disappointed!!!

The property was falsely represented to have a “Private Pool” which it did not and the community pool was closed down by the Health Department since May 11, 2022. The reason I chose this property was the size of the house with plenty bathrooms for our group and that it had a “Private Pool”. We were celebrating our friends 60th birthday so we were very disappointed… I have reached out to VRBO and the property manager and have gotten nowhere with either.
