Updated Golf Front Home on Course #5! Minutes from Village and Harness Track!

Location, location, location! Our house is close to all that Pinehurst has to offer. It is located on the 6th hole of Course #5. With updated interiors, comfortable bedding and a central location, you can be sure your stay in Pinehurst will be an enjoyable one!

Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with sleeping for up to 6. The house boasts updated interiors with freshly painted walls and wood floors throughout. It also has a full size washer and dryer and a well stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook as little or as much as you want during your stay.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with tempurpedic pillows, a large walk in closet and large wall mounted tv. The updated master bath has a large walk in shower with plenty of storage.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and large walk in closet and is located right next to the 2nd bathroom. You will also find a wall mounted tv located in this bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a large closet.

The sunroom has a queen sleeper sofa if you need more spaces to sleep. Please note that this room does not have central air however there is an a/c wall unit. The sunroom has a desk if you find yourself having to work while staying at the house and great views of the golf course.

I love to cook so the kitchen is fully stocked with everything from new pots and pans to a crockpot and air fryer. All dishes and utensils are new (purchased in 2020).
We have a large gas propane grill in the backyard and outdoor seating on the back deck.

This is a nonsmoking home. No parties allowed.

New for 2021: Wall mounted smart tv added to second bedroom; iPhone chargers added on either side of the bed in each room.

New for 2022: Completely updated kitchen and laundry room! Quartz countertops, large basin sink with gold faucet, and brand new dishwasher.

We’ve also removed the charcoal grill and added a brand new propane gas grill with side burner.

We had a great weekend stay here. The house was perfect for a quiet weekend get away. Very close to all the attractions. We loved sitting outside watching all of the golfers play through. Communication with the host was very easy and we loved the thoughtful welcome snacks. We would absolutely stay here again.

Prime spot for a golf vacation

Everything was as represented, house was clean, great kitchen, master bathroom was superb. Strong internet. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms a nice extra. Quiet neighborhood. Easy parking. Ideal location to Pinehurst courses as well as nearby options. Highly recommend!

Best Rental I’ve done in Pinehurst

We were so comfortable in this house. It has plenty of space for families and friends. We have family locally and they came over often for dinners. Our out of town visitors stayed with us for a few days and they had plenty of space for themselves. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever cooking equipment you need and pantry items (check pantry before shopping). There is a grill in the backyard which we used frequently. Location to golf is great. It’s an easy drive to Pinehurst and not far from other surrounding courses. The host, Katherine, made sure any of our needs were met. We were there as Helene passed and she relayed information to us for severe storm alerts. I’ve had other rental hosts that were helpful but Katherine was exceptional. I recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable home, that is close to golf and is priced right for a great vacation stay.

Perfect size and nicely updated

We had a lovely time staying at the house. We enjoyed the nice amenities and enjoyed the thoughful welcome gift of local bakery donuts. We were able to relax after a long day at the golf course at our little golfer's 3 day golf tournament. The location was perfect. When we had a quick question, we received a quick response. We'll be back for sure.

Pinecone Cottage

Upon arriving, rental home was very clean and we had a cute box of fresh scones waiting from a local bakery! Beds were comfortable and home has cute furnishings and decor. When we arrived, the AC took some time to cool the home- however
.it was July and hot! The only other recommendation would be to replace dated tub in guest bathroom. It is hard to get in and out of for guests of any age- we were unable to use it.

Girl's Weekend

This house was perfect for our girl's weekend/chill bachelorette party! The layout was really nice for eating dinner together in the dining room, hanging out together in the living room, but still making it feel like everyone had a private room to sleep in. The beds were really comfortable! Our host was really easy to communicate with and really sweet. She left us the best scones I've ever had and ingredients for mimosas to celebrate the bachelorette!

Pinehurst vacation

The house was very clean and in a great location. We were only a couple of minutes from the Pinehurst Country Club. Check in was easy and when we had a question the host was very responsive. We would recommend this house for anyones stay in the Pinehurst area.

Exceeded All Expectations

This property was wonderful & everything about it was super! We've stayed in Pinehurst via VRBO about ten times and this place was easily the best! Check-in was easy, place was excellent (even better than the online listing), host was wonderful (complete with welcome treats!) and accommodating. Can't wait to book another trip to this property!

We fell in love with Pinehurst when we had to take our son to a tournament here. We love all of the high quality golf courses close by as well as the quaint villages of Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Now it's our favorite place to relax and enjoy life! We hope you can do the same while visiting the Land of the Pines!

Our house is in a great location close to all of the Pinehurst golf courses as well as the harness track and Fair Barn. We’ve tried to think of everything to help make your stay a nice one. Comfortable beds, high quality towels, nice furnishings, etc.
