Ceci est ma maison de plage / surf, et je suis ravi de la partager avec vous!

★ Nous sommes fiers de payer à nos femmes de ménage un salaire décent. Vos frais de nettoyage vont directement à une entreprise de nettoyage professionnelle locale et familiale. Ils fournissent un nettoyage de haut en bas de toute la maison, ainsi qu'un service de linge, après chaque réservation.

• Situé à Avon par la mer à Cocoa Beach - à seulement 500 mètres (1/4 mile) de l'Atlantique.

• Récemment mis à jour avec de nouveaux meubles, lits, appareils électroménagers, aménagement paysager et plus encore!

Spring Getaway

Our stay at Basecamp was most enjoyable with it being a very relaxing space. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and plenty big for our needs, it was nicely appointed with some extras to make it feel more like home, the location was very convenient to all of our primary activities, the owners were responsive and very friendly and we spent a lot of time at the table on the outdoor patio with it being a very serene place to spend our evenings. Basecamp was a wonderful fit for my family and I. Thanks so much, Brandon and Morgan, for making our Cocoa Beach vacation so positively memorable.

Great house in nice neighborhood

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in March. The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the large outdoor patio and private back yard. It is a short walk to the beach. I would stay again.

Spring Break on Cocoa Beach

The sun, sand, and surf were awesome and the Vrbo was amazing! The beach was 2 blocks away. The host was quick to respond with answers to our questions. It was great to relax and re-energize. Thank you!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. As others have mentioned, the location is great with easy access to the beach, restaurants, groceries, and activities in very close proximity. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked nicely. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location

We stayed at this property for 4 nights before a cruise and we couldn't have asked for better. Everything was as expected if not better. You can easily walk to the beach, down to the pier, and to restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for a quick getaway

When we arrived, we found the home clean and neat. It had everything we would expect in a home. The location is only 2 blocks from the beach, and centrally located to all local attractions.

Great place, fantastic location!

The house was nice and clean with plenty of room for the five of us, including a big backyard. Communication/access could not have been smoother. Location a short walk to the beach was incredible and it was great to have the wagon to haul everything back and forth. Would definitely stay here again if/when we come back to the Cocoa Beach area.

Doesn't get better than this place!

This home far exceeded our greatest expectations! I am telling you, you will not find a cleaner, cozier home that has everything you need....even beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. So close to the beach and the check in process was so easy. Communication with Brandon was effortless! We would definitely stay here again if ever in Cocoa Beach again. Highly recommend!

Spacious house in great location

Just loved everything about this house & my holiday in Cocoa beach. The house is exactly as it appears here, everything is clean, modern & well thought out. I really like the location in a quiet residential street but just 5 mins walk to the beach which you pretty much have to yourself. Everything else is within easy reach. Brandon was really easy to deal with and made the whole process of booking etc super easy. Do not hesitate to rent this house !

Unlikely to find better

I can happily confirm previous reviews: great location, property and facilities; helpful and responsive owner. There is noise from the nearby main road, but it isn't intrusive. Short walk to such a lovely beach. Great Hawaiian café just around the corner and many other eating places and shops close by (Publix is good for food shopping, particularly if you're vegan or veggie). Short drive to Kennedy Space Centre (worth getting 2-day ticket) and easy road access to other Florida attractions. Loved it. Thanks Brandon.

Lovely house and beach town with everything you need!

Originally, we were looking for a condo on the beach. We found this house offering so much more! It’s just a short walk to the beach but it has a large yard: front and back. Plenty of space to move around inside and outside along with driveway and carport. The house was clean and well maintained. Loved having 3 bedrooms so each kid had their own space. With the windows open at night we could hear the ocean. Great house!

Beautiful House

This property was perfect. The house had plenty of room, we cooked and everything was in the kitchen we needed. The owner thought of everything even had shampoo, soap and conditioner. Beach towels and beach chairs were also there. Property had outdoor table and chairs with large fenced in back yard. Very short walk to beach. Loved it and made so many memories. Brandon checked in to make sure we were doing ok and needed anything. Thank you so much

to the beach... for baseball!

Our stay was pleasant. We were in town for a baseball event at the Spacecoast complex, which was approximately 30 minutes from the house. The proximity to the beach allowed fun family time while not at the ballfield. The property was clean and well kept, with the exception of inside the refrigerator and inside the kitchen drawers (which could have both used a good wipe-out.) The irrigation system was activated at least 3 times during the week which may have contributed to the swarm of mosquitoes hanging outside... bring your bug repellent if you want to be outside! Minor complaints: there seemed to be a never-ending occurrence of fruit flies in the master bathroom; they were more annoying than burdensome. The master bath shower curtain was difficult to maneuver with the hook-type hangers but we left it slightly ajar since the shower was a very slow trickle and there was no concern for water getting out. Lastly, I would recommend adding wall hooks in all the bedrooms to allow for bath towels to have a location to dry. Note that these comments are intended to provide the owner with feedback for improvement. I would 100% recommend this property.

Another Great Cocoa Beach Stay

This was our second time staying at Brandon’s place. It is a great location, in a nice neighborhood, just a couple minute walk to the beach. Brandon is a great host, who wants his guests to have the best experience possible..We loved walking on the beautiful beach every day, hitting many of the local bars and restaurants for happy hour and dinner, and also just chilling and grilling in the spacious back yard. Thanks, Brandon for another great February in Cocoa Beach!

Recently I bought this house for my friends and I to call 'Basecamp' when we're in the area surfing and working (photography/media/travel). We are from all over the world, but Cocoa Beach is one of our favorite places to rendezvous.

I've worked hard to make this happen and take great pride in providing a clean house with updated furnishings with modern touches. To me, travel accommodations are not just a place to sleep but a place you enjoy coming back to after a day of exploring.
