3 Night Minimum

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Unit. Upstairs has the main bedroom with Queen bed & own ensuite . Kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and stove top, dining and lounge area has TV & upstairs balcony and full uninterrupted views over ocean, river and pool area. Box air con reverse cycle and ceiling fans in upstairs living area. Down Stairs - has two bedrooms with 2 Bunk beds in one and & 1 Double and 1 Single beds in the third both rooms have pedestal fan a the second bathroom with small bath / shower and separate toilet. Washing machine in laundry.

WIFI available.

Shared pool with 3 other units and BBQ. Fantastic Views from top storey and balcony. Located in the centre of town, walking distance to everything and just a walk across the road to the Murchison River.

This unit has stairs (No baby gates supplied.)

One parking bay per unit( No parking on all lawns due to reticulation)

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

You can not beat the Sunsets from this unit and now that the unit has been fully redecorated its even more reason to book again

Hot nights we use the fans, which is only a few, the breeze is lovely. View is so stunning and relaxing. Pool is great. Great place to make friends if you want too.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious living area upstairs which gave a great view of the river. A well maintained pool onsite for guests is a bonus. It needs more cutlery and crockery for its size. Noisy rattles when windy and in need of TLC for a tired older property.

Nice location but a little tired

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a great location for Kalbarri and is a great size for a family. Unfortunately the general maintenance of the property is almost non existent with windows not working properly or flyscreens missing or not working either. The paintwork on the walls is chipped and stained and in need of a refresh. Patio furniture is ancient and likely to break at anytime. Overall the property could be great but needs some serious TLC.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good for our first holiday in kalbarri. Perfect location viewing the river and the ocean with a cup of coffee in the morning, and of course the sunset! There's a cafe just in front of the apartments. Feeding the pelicans was just at the front we didn't see the pelicans though. The apartment is very close to the park and shops. Just wish they told us more information about restaurants as we were planning one night to buy dinner, ended up running around to only find a kebab shop FORTUNATELY! We didn't know what to expect in Kalbarri so I hope they'd give more information to the guests. We were disappointed that the pool was empty, it wasn't available due to the damage caused by the storm months ago. Kids were looking forward to it. The bunk beds we were hoping had rails 'coz we have young kids. The house was nice and clean when we arrived except for kitchen utensils that we had to clean before using them. We had to clean the diswasher too as it was filthy. There were bubble gums stuck in the bunk beds. The tv downstairs wasn't working but the lady came to check after. The flyscreen doors upstairs were broken, couldn't shut properly nor locked so we had to shut the glass doors so kids can't hang around in the balcony when we're not watching, NOT safe at all. We would love to feel the breeze inside though. The curtains needed fixing as well. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We had a great time and we'll definitely come back again when kids are bigger.

Pool wasn’t available due to storm damage but we were informed about this do so all good. I would suggest a large floor mat downstairs for little ones as the tiles are pretty hard. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very large, so everyone had space when needed. The problem was that we were there in 45/46 degree heat and the downstairs area isn't Air conditioned which was a real shame, even Air Con upstairs battled in that heat. Pedestal fans didn't cut it as they were all on short leads so really unable to put where they needed to be to have the most benefit. Thank goodness we had the Pool. The unit is well equipped for a thoroughly enjoyable stay we just won't go back this time of year again.

One of the best locations in Kalbarri

Had a great stay as a family. Loved the proximity to everything, and well equipped accommodation. Would definitely return

Great location

The Unit was central to all the main facilities and just across the road from the beach. It was comfortable. Some things had been upgraded, which was appreciated. Some furniture was a little worn but it didnt impact on our stay. Generally a clean unit. The stairs were steep but the handrail was sturdy. Loved the awesome view from the upstairs living area and bedroom. Would definitely recommend the Unit and would love to come back again.

Apartment is in a great location, quite peaceful, big, has all the necessities but needs a bit of TLC. Kalbarri is quiet in November - perfect for us!

Great location, great view! Property is a little old, the bunk beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on but the main bed was comfy! Could do with an update of furniture, couches and dinning table are very worn. Overall we had a pleasant stay and made some great memories. Pool was always exceptionally clean as well

All expectations met!

Was perfect for our family of 4 with grandparents. Grandparents very comfortable upstairs, with easy access to ensuite and kitchen. LOVED the sundownerns on the balcony every afternoon. Perfect location with access to river activities, and the back door really helped to clean up before heading inside. As a sailing family who brought a few boats, absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Perfect Location

Location was great and views amazing. The pool was lovely and clean, however some of the internal furniture needs to be replaced. Cleaning could have been better, but overall a good place to take the family.
