Appartement confortable sur la côte du centre-ville avec parking privé

110 m². Appartement dans une maison construite en 2004, situé dans une rue calme du côté ouest du centre-ville de Reykjavik, à seulement 10-12 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. L'appartement n'est pas partagé. Espace privé dans un parking souterrain fermé et sécurisé.

L'espace

L'appartement est très proche de tout ce que vous souhaitez explorer à Reykjavik. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée. Avec un parking gratuit à l'avant ou un parking couvert privé sécurisé. L'ascenseur va du parking à l'étage de l'appartement.

Cuisine entièrement meublée et équipée avec un lave-vaisselle et un salon avec un canapé-lit pour deux personnes.

La salle de bain a une douche, et vous trouverez un sèche-cheveux, shampoing et revitalisant et beaucoup de serviettes.

Chambre principale avec un lit de 180cm x 200cm. Deux autres chambres, avec deux lits simples 80cm x 200cm et un lit 160cm x 200cm.

C'est un appartement très propre et agréable, très bien situé mais à seulement quelques minutes de tous les bars et restaurants. Grandes promenades en bord de mer juste à l'extérieur du bâtiment.

Parking privé sécurisé sous la maison. Internet gratuit, TV. Lave-linge et sèche-linge à l'intérieur.

Quiet retreat in Reykjavik

Thor was super proactive and communicated everything we needed for the apartment long before we arrived. The apartment came fully stocked with everything you would expect plus some nice extras. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the downtown and harbor areas. Plenty of choices for food and drink within 10 minute walk. We loved our nights there.

Great location - everything we needed

This location is fantastic, downtown is very accessible by walk or scooters. The harbor, fly-over-Iceland, and Lava Show are just around the corner. Lots of food options, and a grocery store within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you for having us!

The apartment was exactly what we expected, it was in a great spot close to the harbor, and Thor was an amazing, helpful, host. Going so far as to give us activity and dining suggestions !

Great spot in Reykjavik

We had a great one week stay at the apartment. Easy check-in, great secure parking garage spot, easy walk and drive to groceries. Also a short walking distance to bakeries, restaurants and bars. Super comfy beds, very responsive host, and just wonderful overall.

Comfortable, roomy, and great location.

There was some construction going on in the adjacent street (which was disclosed), but other than that, everything went great. This is a good location and everything was tidy and in good repair.

Wonderful flat close to town and central for lots of day trips throughout the coast and south. Egill was a wonderful host and ensured we had everything we needed. He checked on us regularly and provided lots of recommendations for our trip. Thank you!

Perfect Location

I highly recommend this property for a family. Beach, walking trail along the water, grocery store, playground and pizza/sandwich shops all within 2 blocks. About a 10 minute walk to downtown area which was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of extra towels and blankets and washer/dryer made this apartment very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Host is incredibly responsive, warm and welcoming. Apartment is spacious and bright, clean and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes. So homey and comfortable. Location is amazing - we found the most incredible food within 5ish minutes of the apartment. There's a parking lot right outside the apartment with spaces available and an indoor garage with a reserved space so you're guaranteed parking. Best location for an amazing Iceland adventure!

Fantastic Rental in Reykjavik

The flat was clean, spacious, and centrally located. The host was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond by offering to arrange transportation to and from the airport and answering any questions that we had about the property and the town itself. The rental can easily accommodate a large family of 6+ or 3 couples. In short, we had an incredible stay at this property!

Fantastic property and very central

The photos clearly do not do the property justice. We had a fantastic stay at the property and the apartment was huge, comfortable and very well stocked. Everything was thought about and taken care of. Communication with the host was clear and Gudmundur was so helpful with local tips on what to do, where to eat, etc. Will highly recommend and will surely rebook if we come back.

Very good location, nice neighborhood and convenient to shops to pick up food, great coffee shop nearby and walking distance to nice restaurants. The apartment is very spacious with just about everything you need supplied, including washer/dryer, iron (not that I'm ironing on vacation), converters for electronic devices, plenty of coffee and other food supplies

Thor is a wonderful owner. He is responsive and very helpful. The apartment is nice and clean. It’s well equipped, we find everything we need around the apartments. It’s close to all the shops and restaurants with walking distance. I would stay again if visiting Reykjavik and definitely recommend to my friends.

Wonderful week in Iceland

This property was exactly what we needed for our trip to Iceland! It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, the harbor, and shopping. Our host, Thor, was wonderful. He met us when we checked in and showed us around. The apartment has 3 good sized bedrooms with outstanding linens. The bathroom is large and the shower is fantastic! The kitchen has everything you will need to whip up a gourmet meal!!

Excellent host and location!

This condo was in the perfect location for walking to attractions in Reykjavik. It’s safe, bright, and was plenty spacious for our family. Thor provided clear instructions and was a great communicator. He even let us check in early. He is a wonderful host! Having a designated parking space was very nice. The apartment is well-equipped with everything we needed. We appreciate the hospitality and we definitely would stay again.

Close to great spot watching Northern Lights

We had looked for an apartment in Reykjavik in a good spot to get access to Blue Lagoon and Vik by car. This apartment was just perfect for that. We enjoyed our trips to the blue lagoon and Vik with beautiful sightings on the way. Also not too far away from downtown Reykjavik. The host is very nice and extremely responsive plus instructions about apartment and all around it were perfect. Host suggested a great spot to watch Northern lights and we went there on our last night and got some great views.

Great host and property

This was a wonderful place to stay in Reykjavik for a week with 3 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone, beds were clean and comfortable. Thor was a fantastic host. Very clear communication on how to access the apartment (very easy on the 1st floor) and he was responsive to any questions we had. The location was solid. Quiet neighborhood with some playgrounds close by. It was a 10 minute walk to your pickup locations, a grocery store, and some restaurants. Downtown area was maybe 15 minutes of easy walking. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Great location within walking distance of everything!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a perfect size for our 5 person family. On top of the perfect location and size - you get a parking place, full kitchen, and washer/dryer! This was a favorite in our 2 week trip through Iceland.
