My family & I had a great week at this house. The property is just as advertised., spacious, clean & having 2 decks was wonderful. The walk to the beach isn’t too far either. I would definitely book here again!!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

David and Marianne are wonderful hosts and their property is absolutely beautiful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and we enjoyed a wonderful relaxing weekend. This rental has everything you need for a great beach vacation and the design and décor of the property is amazing. We can't wait to come back to Brigantine !!!

The Perfect Getaway

We loved our week on the second floor of this great house! The place was so comfortable, clean and nice and the owners were so helpful and friendly! We had just been feeling all cooped up in the city and this was the perfect medicine for that! The owners, Marianne and David, who are so friendly, helpful and nice, even provided beach chairs and an umbrella. The outdoor showers were so refreshing, too! The house had everything we were looking for in a beach getaway. This is a real find and I’m so glad I found it!

Great Week in Brigantine

This was our first time staying in Brigantine and loved it. This home was just perfect for us and had everything we needed. Marianne was a delight to work with and even met us Saturday afternoon to let us in. Would definitely stay there again!

Too good to share, best kept secret

We totally enjoyed each and every moment of our stay..the owners made us feel like family, we will forever be connected. The house was impeccably clean, even extra care due to covd-19, so we had no fears.The house was very roomy, all redone, 2 decks, to relax on and dine on.The kitchen had every dish, plate, appliance we wanted. WE TRULY FELT AWAY, and at a beach house in a beach town..The bathroom were also fantastic and lots of room to put out make up etc. , and feel at home. Even the neighbors were friendly, and outgoing.It was a nice walk to the beach, and the beach was beautiful and well cared for, everyone kept a great distance apart. There were great places to order in from, or we could easily BBQ. The only negative thing we could say is, we had to go home, but we will return. Maryann and Dave really know how to do it right, and with love and caring.Even going to the store to leave us things we may have forgotten at home.The beds were excellent...

Great, clean, big, and new

The unit is a 2nd floor unit of a large beach house. It's about a block and a half away from the beach. The house itself was extremely clean when we checked in. Marianne was there to greet us and give us local recommendations. There was more than enough room for my group, the house is new with all new appliances. Living room is large and airy with high ceilings. and amazing kitchen . David and Marianne's communication was super responsive, and helpful! Overall this was an excellent choice for a last minute getaway!

Great Hosts and Perfect Stay

My wife and I stayed here for 13 nights in August 2020 and had an amazing time. Dave and Marianne provided great recommendations for local restaurants, and they were always responsive via text. They provided the beach chairs, beach tags, umbrella, and even a bottle of wine -- all we had to do was show up! The beds were very comfortable, and we loved having two outdoor decks to ourselves. We will definitely return the next time we head down the shore.

Great Vacation

Our stay coincided with Hurricane Isaias's arrival. Despite having only 1 sunny day at the beach, we had a great time at Dave & Marianne's house. The communication and booking was easy. They were very helpful with providing local information and setting up child safety gates. The house was beautifully done and tastefully furnished. We've recommended the house to friends & family and hope to return again soon.

Absolute paradise

Perfect from booking to check out! The hosts were gracious and readily available for anything that may have come up. The home was spotless and comfortable, with everything we could possibly need. We traveled with four rising college freshman for a last week together before they head to college. It was wonderful to gather around the table for dinners cooked in the well equipped kitchen, and play games in the dining room at night. The beach is close by, and beautiful! Brigantine is such a special place. Thank you for sharing your home with us! It was truly a great stay; We will be back!

Perfect Location, Wonderful Property

We travel to Brigantine each year for a family reunion, and renting from Dave and Marianne was by far the best rental experience we've had in the past ten years. The property is immaculate, modern and comfortable. Dave and Marianne were consummate hosts, anticipating our needs and ensuring we had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We loved the property and the owners so much, we plan to return in the fall just for the heck of it. Easy access to the beach, the Acme, WaWa, local eateries, nail salons, etc. was a plus.

A much needed beach getaway

We had a great week in Brigantine, thanks to David and Marianne. Their second floor rental was immaculately cleaned and welcoming to us when we arrived. The check in process couldn’t have been easier, and Marianne gave me all of the places to make sure we visited during our stay. She and David couldn’t have been more accommodating to us, and even had two baby gates installed on the second floor decks to put our minds at ease with our 2 1/2 year old. The rental is gorgeous and super comfortable. Just a short walk to the wide and uncrowded beach! Almost everything you need is in walking distance. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway with our son before we welcome a new baby in September!

A Little Slice of Heaven!

I spent 2 glorious weeks at this AHHH-Mazing property & almost threw a Full On tantrum when it was time to go. This was my 1st stay with Siteline in Brigantine & it wont be my last. I'm from Jersey City & after 3 mnths of quarantine I was delirious with the need for peace, fresh air & FUN! David & Marianne were so gracious & did an amazing job renovating the property. If you're a bit of a germaphobe like me, you'll appreciate the continuous wood flooring throughout the apt with enough area rugs to cushion putting together puzzles on the floor or my morning workout. You will enjoy spending time hanging in the generous living room & sitting around the island in the FULLY stocked kitchen with wine fridge! Just bring seasonings or take a 6 min. walk over to Acme a few blocks away. I took the liberty of sleeping in both the master suite (King) & 2nd bdrm (Queen) & slept like a baby in both. My visiting fam agreed. The mattresses were firm not hard & the AC vents are positioned perfectly to avoid a sinus flare up! The master & 2nd bedroom have an owner hall closet between them which provides more privacy & both have generous walk in closets. The master bath has a 2 person walk-in stone shower with multiple heads and LED framed mirror, HUGE BONUS! The master overlooks the front of the house & quiet street. Should you want to sleep in, all rooms have darkening curtains that'll allow you to slumber the day away. I began & ended everyday on either the front or back deck. Meditating in the rocking deck chair under a pink sky as the sunset with a gentle salty breeze was like giving my soul a hug. The neighbors are friendly, helpful & family oriented. I brought my bike & rode carefree on the bike lane for miles. When not in use, I simply left it unlocked under the back stairs. BTW, I spent much of my time there alone & never felt unsafe, including on eve runs/walks. The beach is clean, great for running, has fine white sand, no biting flys & gentle water (at least during my stay). Its 1.5 blks from the house BUT if u have little ones, older ones or plan to bring a bunch, I definitely suggest investing in a large wheel wagon as the blocks are long & the distance from entrance to shore is also wide. There also weren't any bathrooms near our entrance. After returning home throw some burgers on the provided grill. Dont feel like cooking? 2 blks away is The Cove, Tiki Taco, Ernest & Young Deli and Aunt B's ice cream! 249 S 36th is truly a little slice of heaven!

There's so many great restaurants and shows in addition to all of the water sports. We vacation on the property when it's not rented so we are always checking that everything is clean and working. We want you to enjoy our house as much as we do.

Close to beach, shopping, ball fields and skate park. The golf course is a short drive as are the casinos and shows in AC. Neighborhood is safe, quiet and relaxing.
