This place is located in a very convenient area! Very close to downtown. Most things were walkable or a quick Uber. The host provided very clear check-in/check-out instructions. The street parking wasnt as bad as I thought it would be! The place is super clean and exactly as advertised. It comes with dishes and cookware as well.I certainly would stay here again!
I stayed here for the first two weeks of starting my new job until I found my permanent apartment.
other than some street noise and some noisy neighbor for couple of days, the stay was feeling like a home. I had access to all necessities (dishwasher, washer/dryer/ cooking utensil, oven, microwave and fridge AND YouTube TV with Revisn account I enjoyed the most). and also a decent WIFI (might not be ideal for working remotely).
I stayed there for two weeks. During that time nobody cam e to clean the apartment nor had I anything to clean it with. I had a stay scheduled for October which I cancelled. Parking is difficult on the street especially on Friday or Saturday. Garage space was not included (I knew that).
Nice, clean and great location! Check-in was very easy and we enjoyed our time in Raleigh, and the location was accessible to many nearby restaurants and shops. Parking was easy to find in the area as well. We would definitley come again!
I loved this location because itâs a 5 to 10 minute drive to pretty much anything you want to see or do in Raleigh. I had a 2 week stay to get my daughter settled at the university. The apt itself is great- new and clean all set with everything I needed! All I had to do was buy groceries! We were able to ship her packed boxes to the apartment and management was so helpful. I highly recommend and will definitely book another stay!
My husband and I have been traveling now that we have been working from home and this has been the least enjoyable experience we have had so far. Based on the listing stating "there is a parking lot half a block away" and another reviewer stating there is "plenty of parking" we felt comfortable staying here with our truck. Throughout our whole week stay, there was never a street spot to be found in the surrounding blocks and the parking lot is actually 2 blocks away (It is also $15 a day). If you end up needing to use your car on a weekend night, you will not be able to park in the parking garage and there won't be a street spot for miles. It made us really consider driving anywhere throughout the trip and was very inconvenient. When we asked if we could pay extra for a spot in their garage, they said it was for long-term guests despite seeing numerous spots available throughout our stay.
In addition to the parking situation, the walls of this building are paper thin. My husband and I always sleep with white noise blasting every night and yet we were still able to hear every snore and conversation from our neighbor next door. It made us feel like we had very little privacy even in our own room.
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was in a good location.
I would not recommend for short or long-term stays due to the paper-thin walls of this place and inconvenient parking situation. We thought we would enjoy the kitchen more (which is why we picked this place over a hotel), but there were so many excellent restaurants in the area that we ended up not using it. Would choose a hotel nearby next time rather than this place for these reasons.
The location was perfect for downtown Raleigh. 5 minute walk to all of the downtown restaurants and night life, but far enough away from the downtown noise. Plenty of parking. Great communication with the management and very pleasant, professional management staff in building during the day. Safe, secure, clean and well appointed apartment.
The communication and customer service was excellent from the moment I booked my stay through the day I checked out. As a business traveler, Revisn has all of the amenities that I need, and is conveniently located for both work and play. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure that I had a best in class experience. Revisn is where I'll stay whenever I travel to Raleigh.
Great experience. Easy process. One suggestion... I donât know if your cleaning staff realize how thin walls are. When they clean rooms in early hours, they prop door open and you can hear them talking to each other and in hallways, vacuuming, doing dishes, Etc. all staff was excellent and very accommodating though. Appreciated the ease of check in and out.
