Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It has always been our policy to offer cleaning services during a guest’s stay for an additional fee. Looking at our records we see that you never reached out to us during your stay, requesting cleaning service. Our welcome text clearly states the parking policy at Revisn and outlines free parking on the street and also the availability of garage parking in the next block. We’are sorry to hear that the street parking was challenging. Your feedback is valuable, and we will consider it as we work to improve our services and provide a better experience for our future guests.

Jaime: Thank you for the opportunity to host you during your visit to Raleigh. We are so glad to hear that our beds were extremely comfortable. Many of our past guests have purchased the bed ensemble after their stay at Revisn. Happy to hear that our location in the fashionable Glenwood South district was perfect for being close to all the entertainment and food scene. We are so sorry to hear about your experience with parking and noise. We continue to improve and provided the 5-star service that we are known for, in the hospitality community. We would like to remind you that in our “very first” introductory message we clearly stated our parking options: free parking in front of the building and on the adjacent streets, or a covered pay deck a city block walk away from the property. (We are located on Boylan avenue and the next block is Glenwood Avenue – the parking deck is located at 510 Glenwood) Guests are also free to choose parking options that work for them in the City of Raleigh. While the garage may appear empty at certain times of the day as guests are away at work. Revisn’s on-site parking garage has been paid up for months by long-term guests (30+ day stays). In addition to the earlier message, we also reached out to you through the VRBO message portal and provided all these options prior to your arrival. Further, we did not receive any complaints from you about the noise level in your residence. Our concierge is available 24/7 and we could have addressed this issue during your stay by moving you to a different residence or locate the source of the noise. Revisn strives to accommodate every guest that walks through our door. Our team’s approach to guest service is to work hard and always strive for the best outcome.
