Maison confortable de 3 chambres dans un emplacement central. Promenade facile vers les plages, les magasins, les restaurants et l'hôtel Straddie. Les plates-formes d'observation des baleines surplombant Frenchman's Beach ne sont qu'à quelques minutes à pied.

Caractéristiques: 3 chambres (2 reines, 3 simples), ventilateurs de plafond dans les chambres queen, TV et lecteur DVD, micro-ondes, cuisinière à gaz et plaque de cuisson, baignoire pleine grandeur, machine à laver et sèche-linge à chargement par le haut, barbecue à gaz, moustiquaire . La grande chambre simple pour une retraite pour les enfants.

Cour arrière entièrement clôturée idéale pour les enfants ou les animaux de compagnie.

Toutes les réservations effectuées après le 1er décembre 2018 incluront un pack linge complet. Veuillez noter que les lits ne sont pas faits et que le linge devra être rendu avec les clés à la caisse.

Great location

Only criticism was that the back garden was so full of high weeds we couldn't let our dog outside at the back.

Back in time experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Firstly, great experience to Grocery shop, beaches and cafes. All in walking distance. Secondly,pet friendly and semi-friendly for disability/seniors people. The furniture are old but comfortable enough. Better couch is recommended.We welcome the new fridge, rangehood and oven.Having two fridges is great as eating out is not an option(only one restaurant opens until 9pm). Comfortable beds. Can't complain much but can only recommend for an experience.

Lawn very long, dogs just covered in grass seeds every time they walked outside, they drove them mental and upset their stomach constantly pulling them off, we left a night early.

Good for the warmer weather.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The sleeping quarters are comfortable and the living area spacious. Kitchen needs some work as the range hood can not be used due to all the buttons missing and the oven doesn’t work properly. This resulted in the property filling with smoke and steam, and smoke alarms did not activate which was a concern. It would be a good summer stay home as there is no heating and it was very cold inside.

Relaxing 5 night stay

Reviewer Comments: My dog and I had a lovely 5 night stay at this property.Only problem was that previous tenants unplugged TV and being technologically challenged as a senior person asked for, and received quickly, assistance to fix the problem.Lovely quiet neighbourhood and close to everything we needed.I would book again.

Holiday at Straddie

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You forgot to send the email telling us pin numbers to get in, what to bring which was disappointing like a dish cloth, dishwashing detergent, hand wash for the bathroom and the kitchen. Also the main bedroom fan doesn't work as it is not connected, there were two vertical fans for the house one was broken and there was no extension cord for the other one. My husband doesn't sleep much so he kept the cockroaches company in the lounge room. We went there because we have a dog we all had a great time, the dog didn't want to leave. We found Straddie Eats on the way to the house and had lunch, we then went there every day for coffee it is the same every time you go there. All the staff make great coffee.

House dirty, lacking basic maintenance.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Long dog hair all over main bed, couch, cushions and carpet. 3 days after request, cleaner came and did a wonderful job. Handyman to address multiple lights not working never arrived and no follow up from staff. 1of2 ovens broken and taped in place. House maintenance non-existent, grotty with cobwebs and dirt in door/window tracks and bottoms of cupboards. Have stayed here before, had been happy previously.

Reviewer Comments: The advertisement stated that there were 2 x queen beds but 1 of the beds has 2 single mattresses pushed together and as I am over 6ft my feet hang off the endThe screen door in the rear bedroom stops short of the frame so if you open the glass sliding door to get some fresh breeze there is a gap at the end of the fly screen door which lets in the bugsThe range hood doesn’t have any switches or knobs looks like they have all been broken off at some stage so can’t use exhaust fan or lights if cooking on the stoveThe remote for the ceiling fan in the bedroom was inside the tv cabinet in the lounge room with no batteries and when I put a battery in and tried it it only worked intermittently and sounds like it may have a short ( maybe this is why the remote was disconnected)

Great family holiday

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect place for relaxing holiday. The property was ideal for our ageing parents and our loyal fur baby. Location was near for whale watching, fishing, beaches, grocery store, eateries and bars. The property was well equipped probably to many furniture. This was our third year staying at this property. We feel safe, comfortable, the place was always clean and well maintained. Definitely returning next year. Thank you.
