Overall an excellent stay for my family and I while I commuted down to DC for a few days.Location is excellent and house is nicely furnished. We were grateful to have a crib available as well for our little one! Thanks Steve!
Stayed here for a quick stay after a convention and it was perfect for my team. It was very close, very comfortable and quite stylish. Property mangers/owners were very understandable and helpful people. We will definitely be staying here for a longer trip next year!
Our stay was exceptional. The home is clean, cozy, convenient and tastefully decorated. Fantastic neighborhood that is super close to the convention center. We were visiting for a trade show and we
Weâre able to walk to the convention center every day and not have to pay for parking. Steve was super helpful and responsive every time we called.
We loved the location, couldn't be closer to Camden Yards. It's a great neighborhood and a terrific spot for a ballgame (as long as you only have 4 people who can share the 2 larger beds). The couch was listed as a pull-out, which is not true. Since there was no sleeper sofa, we had to use the daybed/trundle. We found that the daybed was rickety and uncomfortable, and the trundle was borderline unusable based on how thin/wiry the mattress was. we ended up using the couch cushions from downstairs as a makeshift bed on the floor rather than use the trundle after the first night. Overall, for people who can use just the two main beds, this is a great take for location and classic Baltimore row homes. Don't recommend using for more than 4!
Home was basically clean. Towels were in short supply and should be replaced. Pots and pans needed to be upgraded. There were no wine glasses! Location was fine and easy to access places of interest.
We truly enjoyed our stay here! As an original Marylander, I loved seeing the changes and improvements in the area! I never felt unsafe in any way! The house is great- though I will say the stairs aren't for everyone! As in all row houses, the building is narrow and tall and so are the steps! Parking was a little tricky, but we always found space (also expected that in the city). Steve was easy to work with and the place was very convenient to all the Inner Harbor offers! We would happily stay there again!
This house is great for the ballparks and inner harbor. Great location. Kitchen was less than adequately stocked for cooking and had to do dishes between each meal. While the owner helped with parking it is very limited and the garage is very hard to access if it all, only very small car. House needed to be cleaned more thoroughly including carpets. Steps are steep so be ready.
The unit needs a deep cleaning.
Staircase, couch, and blankets need serious cleaning.
I appreciated the third floor remodel. It worked well albeit when the a/c turns on and off it makes quite a racket.
The fire detector in small 2nd story room needs a new battery as it beeps continually.
The kitchen sink disposal did not work. It also overflowed rather easy. It needs to be addressed.
The TV remote is missing the back causing the tv to turn off when batteries are moved in operation.
The unit is placed in a great location to ballparks and eateries. I did like the ease of that.
Just needs some TLC
From start to finish, we had a lovely stay!
The communication with Steve was easy, prompt, and accommodating to our parties' needs. The space was walking distance to the conference we were attending, plenty of food options, and Steve's folder inside of the VRBO was the secret to navigating the city and our needs. This VRBO had everything we needed traveling with colleagues - a stocked kitchen, private bathrooms, the sweet outside area, and ability to find quiet time and space from one another.
Would absolutely come back! Thanks for making our stay comfortable!
The home is easy walking distance to so many fun "eateries," historic areas, and both athletic fields! Host was extremely quick to answer our questions. It was well supplied with everything we desired too. Bedrooms and baths were very privately located. Our group of 4 loved the outdoor deck too. We will return!
The place couldnât have been more perfect for our trip! We were bummed the orioles game as cancelled but made it an incredible trip anyway. We had plenty of room and loved having a dining room and washer and dryer! A little extra bonus was the deli & liquor store that we could walk too. They were so kind and had great selections!
We will definitely be back!
Friends and I had a great visit to Baltimore, enhanced by staying in this condo. It is beautiful and well maintained; photos are accurate. The location could not be better: steps from Camden Yard, easy walk to Ravens stadium, 15-20 minute walk to the Inner Harbor and plenty of restaurants within easy reach.
The stairs to the second and third floors are narrow, steep and turn - renters with any limitations should be aware.
Special shout out to manager Steve. There were a couple of minor things to attend to and he responded immediately and easily took care of them. Very responsive!
High recommendation.
We have been living in DC and Baltimore together since 2014. We love welcoming people to our places in both cities, as well as traveling to others. We've enjoyed VRBOs from as close as Richmond to all the way in Bali. We are laid back, culturally curious and love good food and good drinks. Steve is now a Realtor in MD, so let us know if your stay is related to moving to this fine state!
