Great location, spacious rooms

The home was very comfortable, with space for the family to gather for meals and socializing, and all of the bedrooms were spacious. The location was central to reach all the downtown attractions, either walking or a short drive.

Perfect location for walking distance to coffeee, river trail, restaurants

Very comfortable stay with plenty of room! We had four adults and with a king bed, queen bed and two twins worked perfect. Small patio with hot tub or relax on small porch. Only space for one car in driveway so had two vehicles in street but never an issue finding a spot. Just narrow road. Walked everywhere! Would definitely come back!

Cute, walkable place in Bend!

Cute two-story that is centrally located to so many places in Bend. It was clean and hot tub was great after a day adventuring in town. I live locally and had friends in town, and would happily recommend this to any future visitors! Short walk to downtown, the river, Crux, grocery store and many other places to eat as well!

Bend Reunion

Th house was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two adult children. It is in the historical neighborhood just a few blocks to downtown Bend. We were able to get all everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this house.

Awesome Location, Great Little House!

This house was really great. Perfect size and could not ask for a better location. Walking distance to old town and great restaurants. 30 minutes from the ski hill. The only downside was that the hot tub appears to be broken. The water was cold and would not heat up.

Great location and Comfortable

Great place for our two families with little ones! Close to walk to restaurants, parks etc. Hot tub was nice. Master bedroom not as well heated as the rest of the house but it wasn't a huge problem for us. Stayed in the high 50's at night in that room. Kitchen stocked well with cookware and spices.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice stay in a beautiful neighborhood in a great location. Walking distance to downtown and easy access to surrounding sites. Three old friends enjoyed a fabulous boys weekend together. We didn't actually stay at home much, but this house served as a great base for our visit to Bend.

First stay in a vacation rental in the states

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have only rented a house when traveling in the Czech Republic....that was a perfect experience. The linens were exceptional in Prague, the towels were lovely and large. The atmosphere was comfy and elegant in Prague.

Family-Friends Ski Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for us! We met up with our life long friends who we've traveled with yearly since college and our boys (4 teens between the two couples). The house was clean and beds comfortable. Great location to town! We walked to dinner which was wonderful since parking was impossible over the Holiday weekend. The hot tub was perfect for apre-ski. Thank you!!!!

Disappointed cost versus value in Bend

The house was close to our family in Bend. Check in was not easy, but the phone number provided was useful to allow us to access the house. The cost for 3 days was abusive due to the fees that were added. There was no value of staying there because of the over pricing. We will not stay there again. Internet TV service did not work. There were no instructions to reset them. 4 remotes-2useless. Very disappointed in the overall cost and experience.

Cute spot

Great house, lots of linens for a big group, hot tub is a great feature. Walkable to nearby restaurants, breweries, Deschutes River, etc. However, I had initially booked a different listing for a group of 8 people through Meredith Rentals, and then they abruptly changed the listing (without informing me) to only allow 6 people. If I hadn't caught that (and cancelled/rebooked in time), it would have been a rough surprise upon arriving. It would have been nice if Meredith was more helpful and accommodating for that situation, which was not our fault.
