We love this area, but the pictures for this property are misleading. The backyard area was especially lacking compared to the photos. The playset, fire pit and chairs, and back porch equipment was not as pictured or in good shape at all. The master bed was nice, but the other two beds were in rough shape. We do a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen appliances worked well but the pots/pans need updated badly. I sadly would not recommend staying here.

Good cabin but some discrepancies in pictures

We enjoyed our stay however one of the main reasons we booked this property was because of the playset that was pictured in the pictures. When we got there the playset was NOTHING like the one pictured and was falling apart in places. Also the back yard had some very unsafe places right off of the patio, there were uneven mossy rocks, a pipe sticking out of the ground and a tree stump sticking about a foot out of the ground and with a toddler this is very dangerous. We enjoyed the cabin itself as a place to stay however most of our time was spent in the back yard with the playset that we thought was going to be something completely different.

Christmas 2024 Cabin Retreat

Great cabin and location! Nice, clean and decorated for Christmas. Plenty of room to comfortably sleep 12, kitchen open to living room, back deck hot tub was amazing. Will definitely be returning for a summer time experience.

Very nice cabin, in close proximity to everything. We loved staying here and the property manager was quick and responsive.

Nice but not what was listed

Overall it was an enjoyable stay! Unfortunately my kids were excited for the playground set and it was not at all what was listed. It was old and seemed as though it would break any second. Doorknobs were almost falling off and the bathtub would constantly drip. I will say the kitchen was very well stocked which was nice! Outside the bathtub had no lights so it was pretty dark at night when we were in it and had to use our phone lights. Fire pit was pretty far away from the cabin and again no exterior lights to help guide us back there!

70th b-day & family reunion

The house was great and all the amenities worked great. We had a great time while there. The children especially enjoyed the swings & slide. We all enjoyed the Large table & chairs outside on covered porch. I would recommend here for anyone. We were in the master bedroom & it was very comfortable & roomy withe tub & shower.

Clean, Easy, Fun

We had a great time in Broken Bow for our first vacation there. The cabin was very clean, easy to find, and easy to use. There were 5 of us (kids aged 2,5,7) and we had no issues. The hot tub outside was very clean and easy to use. There was a playscape in the backyard that was good for the little ones. They had anything you needed in the kitchen, and there were plenty of games around the house. Lastly, the host was extremely responsive.

Generous space

Family celebrating Thanksgiving together. Great hiking, liked the hot tub and the fire pit. Television was a pain to turn up the audio. Kitchen could use a toaster and new baking sheets. We had inquired about baking casseroles and told should have plenty. Only had one. We got by using pans, etc. Enjoyed our stay in the area and hope to return.

Family vacation stay

The cabin was lovely and well clean upon arrival , although we were upset to find that they pictures are very deceiving. From the photos we assumed we would be staying in a secluded wooded cabin, you are surrounded by neighbors VERY CLOSE no privacy out doors. The neighborhood was nice with the Exception that people FLY down the road very fast . I would recommend choosing another cabin if your hoping for privacy and allowing children to run and play freely. The cabin is also equipped with a fireplace indoors BRING YOUR OWN WOOD, they do not supply that for you , the fire pit in the back yard has a lot left to be desired. Sleeping : the beds are very firm , but plenty of blankets galore and even a extra mattress for kiddos which was wonderful! Each bedroom also has a tv as well which was nice. Hot tub: we enjoyed 1 night In the tub which was wonderful and relaxing with the exception that you feel as though your being watched because there is a camera pointed right in the direction. Amenities: the toilet paper would be my biggest complaint it is the absolute cheapest paper on the market terrible !! Cooking: we prepared a early thanksgiving dinner which was super easy with all of the provided cook ware and spices as well !! Things to do : there were many games for all ages provided which was amazing we enjoyed it very much with a large family and many kiddos, local restaurants and wineries are all within walking distance. You were in a neighborhood inside of town so all of the local amenities and attractions are very near. I highly recommend taking a drive through beaver band national state park absolutely beautiful. Parking : there are many trees in the front yard definitely limited room for vehicle parking. - would we book again ? Probably not with children but definitely a girls weekend with adults who want to experience all of the town , not ideal for wanting to just hang at the cabin and relax / play games and spend time out doors.

The house is in a great location. Very easy to get to Disney parks. Communication with Barry was great. He always replied quickly. The home has just about everything from toilet paper to tupperware and plenty of towels (There is no cleaning spray to wipe counters and no laundry soap). The pool is great on rest days. My complaint is the home needs some tlc. The beds are uncomfortable and the twin beds are not very sturdy. There are broken dressers and little things here and there that need attention. The water pressure is not good and made showering a chore. Be careful when going out the front door when the sprinkler is on. One of the pipes has a hole and sprays towards the front door. We had to leave out the pool patio doors one morning. The cleaning crew needs to do a more thorough job. Its surface clean but lots of dust and dirt that shouldn't be there including mold in the shower. Overall the house is a good rental. I would stay again if the issues were addressed. Relaxing family getaway

Cabin was clean and just as listed. There is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig along with K cups available. Plenty of clean bath towels including beach towels for the hot tub available. We needed to ask the host a question once during our stay and she was quick to respond. Evolve staff were helpful and professional during booking process. We would stay here again.
