Pinecone Cowboy is a beautiful, brand new 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin situated on a serene 1-acre lot in the secluded Cedar Hills Cabins subdivision. Inspired by the song "Rhinestone Cowboy," this cabin has a charming music theme that adds a unique touch to your stay. Rustic, quaint details of raw wood blend seamlessly with modern updates, creating the perfect restorative getaway complete with arcade games, an EV charger, and fun for the whole family.

This cabin comfortably sleeps 8 adults with one private queen bedroom, one king bedroom with a pull-out queen sofa sleeper, and another pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. The massive upstairs balcony off the bedroom provides privacy and an immersive experience in the gorgeous wooded surroundings. Downstairs, you'll find a covered back porch featuring an outdoor kitchen, a lounging area with seating, a fireplace, a TV, and a hot tub.

Guests can enjoy a brand-new private pool made for all seasons, thoughtfully designed to fit whatever the weather brings. Whether you prefer the water warmed for a cozy evening soak or cooled down for those hot summer afternoons, it’s easy to set the perfect temperature. Imagine lounging with peaceful forest views, drifting under the stars for a quiet midnight float, or kicking off the morning with a refreshing swim. No matter the time of year, this pool brings a special kind of magic to the property.

As a guest of this cabin, you’ll have access to the brand-new luxury pickleball court, Pickle Bow. Cabin guests receive 2 hours of complimentary court time per day. Additional court time can be purchased for $60 per 2-hour session. Court rentals include free access to pickleball paddles and balls. You'll receive an email from Treeline Vacation Rentals with instructions and a link to reserve your preferred court dates and times at Pickle Bow.

The backyard has been transformed into a space where both relaxation and adventure come together. You’ll still find the classic favorites like the deer feeder, fire pit, and play set, but now the outdoor fun goes even further. Kids can explore the expanded adventure zone, complete with an obstacle course, climbing features, hammocks, a glider, and shaded spots to unwind. A brand-new trampoline adds another place for energy-burning fun, while the horseshoe pit and putt putt green give everyone a chance to join in on a little friendly competition. And of course, the pool brings its own year-round excitement just steps away. Even pets get to enjoy the stay, as the cabin is fully pet-friendly. Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV fast charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. This cabin has a 240V charger. Guests planning to charge their car at the cabin should bring their own adaptors and charging cables to ensure compatibility.

We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem.
*** Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger wildlife like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided.
*** The "Bug" Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, wasp, or "woodland friend" may find their way inside, especially during rain or seasonal changes.
*** Pro Tip: Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!

WIFI TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

***** General Pool Policy *****
- Pool heat must be turned on or off for the entire stay (cannot be adjusted daily).
- Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
- Pools will be heated to a maximum of 84°F.
- Please note: Pool heaters can generally only increase the water temperature by about 30°F above the outside air temperature.

*** Late Requests ***
- Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in will be subject to a $50 surcharge.
- Last-minute pool heating requests can only be handled between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

*** Fees & Refunds ***
- Pool heating fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of running the pool heater, regardless of weather conditions or usage.

*** Weather Limitations ***
-In extreme cold weather, typically between December and February, the pool heat is less effective—especially when temperatures go below 60 degrees. We recommend utilizing the hot tub as an alternative during cold weather. Pool heating cannot be used when the weather is below 60 degrees
- Pool heaters are not equipped to operate in freezing conditions, and requests during such times will be declined.
