Grande escapade d'automne! 4 chambres 4 bains!

Maison au bord du lac avec quai couvert sur le magnifique lac Hartwell. Situé sur une large crique surplombant le canal principal de tugaloo (marqueur de bouée t60 sur le lac), apportez votre propre bateau ou louez à la marina voisine pour beaucoup de plaisir, de tubing, de ski nautique, de baignade ou de détente sur le lac!
PAS D'INTERNET mais le service de téléphonie cellulaire avec Verizon est super!
Un grand porche couvert s'Ă©tend sur toute la longueur de la maison, vous donnant l'impression d'ĂȘtre dans une cabane dans les arbres donnant sur un terrain boisĂ© et le lac. Il y a aussi un patio avec un foyer pour les smores du soir et un chemin pavĂ© (qui est raide en une section - vous donnera certainement votre exercice) qui vous mĂšne au quai couvert avec Ă©chelle pour nager.
Notre maison dispose de 4 chambres et 4 bains. Il dispose également de 2 canapés. Au niveau principal:
 Une suite parentale avec lit king size et baignoire à jets et douche séparée.
Chambre n ° 2: 2 ensembles de lits superposés et une combinaison baignoire / douche séparée.
La cuisine et le petit coin salon sont à ce niveau ainsi qu'une laveuse / sécheuse.
Beau porche, avec de nouveaux meubles de porche, qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de la maison en regardant le terrain boisé et le lac
Niveau terrasse:
Chambre # 3: lit queen size avec salle de bain / douche dans cette suite
Chambre # 4: lit queen size avec salle de bain / douche juste devant la chambre.
Coin salon TV avec un wet-bar et un mini-réfrigérateur.
Patio qui s'Ă©tend sur toute la longueur de la maison avec foyer

Idéalement situé sur i85 à 6 miles de la sortie 1 en Caroline du Sud, à 90 minutes d'Atlanta, à 30 minutes de Clemson, à 1 heure de Greenville.

Toutes les magnifiques montagnes, randonnées et cascades sont à une courte distance en voiture.

Very nice house and the people who owns it was very nice and Connie went beyond in being helpful when I asked her about what to do with the grandchildren around there. Always got back with me right away. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great location for a family weekend getaway!

Property was as described. The outdoor spaces were great for the crowd we had. We enjoyed the dock and porches during the day and the firepit at night.

Family Reunion

The house was a very comfortable, large house for our group of 7. We had a great time at the fire pit and there was lots of space. Great fishing off the deck and very quiet. We would definitely go back!

Great stay. Read all the details in the listing, they are accurate. The path to the water and back is paved but is steep, my parents had a hard time coming back up.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay...Connie was very wonderful to work with. We arrived with no power (due to an accident down the street, no fault of the property owners) and she offered to extend our stay free of charge. The house was equipped with everything we needEd, very kid friendly, a nice paved path to the dock. The fire pit was awesome and the large table on the patio was perfect for family dinners. We had a great stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Couples retreat

Everything was excellent we docked two boats fished off the dock and from our boats the Tugaloo river side of the lake is always clean even after a 3 day rain. The fire pit is awesome and the porch/ deck overlooking the back of the property and fire pit is where we spent most of our time. The beds and furniture were very comfortable

Overall a good time.

Property rustic on the outside but lots of modern touches on the inside. Steep walkway to the lake. Parking a little crowded due to owners boat blocking spaces. Overall our family had a good time.

Family Gathering

Had fun lakeside on the dock with our grown kids and grandbaby. Lower level family room was a great place for us to hangout, bedrooms were roomy. Spent a day at Clemson, a rainy day indoors with games and conversation and a day on the lake. Good times! Owner very responsive and helpful with questions!!!

Fun property1

The house was very cute and can easily manage a number of people. Bedrooms were extremely nice and comfortable. Kitchen was a bit small and not well lighted, but for vacation time, not too much a problem The walk to the lake, (very steep) was a bit of a challenge, but we all managed. Great workout! Fire pit was wonderful! The property managers/owners were extremely responsive and helpful to all questions. Don't think I have ever worked with anyone who was so on top of it all. Thank you very much! Overall, a very pleasant time with many activities available!

Great place for friends and young families

We rent at Lake Hartwell frequently. This was one of my favorite places. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The back porch is giant and perfect for dining with a large crew. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms is another a common find so that was awesome. And the fire pit was a nice bonus. Everything was clean and the host were quick to answer questions. In full transparency, the house is not ideal for elderly guests or your super bougie friends. I will definitely rent again with my friends (who were the guests this time) but for our family with the grandparents we will unfortunately pay a premium for easier lane access. There is sidewalk all the way to the dock but it is fairly steep and without steps for a portion that my elderly relatives would not be able to negotiate. Those with youthful legs and lungs will have no issue though! 5 stars ⭐ especially for the price!!

Overall, we had a good stay. There is very little closet space for guest. Cabin could be cleaner especially porches. Cobwebs all over the front entrance and the covered porch off the kitchen. Dog food on the floor in bathroom off of master BR. When we swept down cobwebs and the floor of covered porch we found several bones on the floor. We saw 2 cockroaches in the kitchen. We were able to kill one. Cabin needs to be exterminated for bugs. If there's 2 there's more that were not seen.

Excellent Hostess and GREAT house!

We were affected by wildfires in our area and Connie made the home available on short notice and went out of her way to ensure the house was cleaned and ready! She was so easy to communicate with and the hope was immaculate! It is in an area of the lake that we are very familiar with and know many people in the area. The house easily sleeps large families or friends and has a great layout to allow for privacy if you have large groups or two families! The dock is easily accessible and there is also a fire pit. Best of all is a HUGE back porch to sit and relax and chill by the lake! I highly recommend the home and you will not find a better hostess than Connie! She was such a blessing to us in a very stressful time and we will definitely rent the home again! She is a class act with a lovely home!

Guys weekend + Unexpected Hurricane

We arrived at the property a day after Hurricane Helene passed through the Upstate. Unfortunately a tree up the road snapped some power lines and we didn’t have electricity for the couple days we stayed. That said we really enjoyed our trip and communication with Connie was excellent and she was super responsive. Gas grill and porch got lots of use. Thanks again for having us and we might have to come back to get the full experience

Lakefront Cabin with Dock

Well stocked kitchen, games; small living and kitchen areas but large porch for family meals if you have more than two or four folks. Very steep path to dock but cement made it very doable for all that are decently mobile. Great communication with responsive hostess.

Relaxing stay

Great place in quiet cove. Dock and deck were heavily used. 4 out of for cleanliness due to the deck not being cleaned. In fairness due to confusion with previous guest the cleaning team had to be quicker than usual and the Host offered to have them come back. That’s my only negative after that we did a trip to the grocery and had seven days of rest and relaxation. Kitchen was well equipped and group dinners (8 of us) on the deck were awesome. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Relaxing time at the lake

The house had everything we needed for our stay. Did a lot of floating and relaxing on the water. Water temperature was niceand warm at 82 degrees. Plenty of floats for the family to use. Plenty of space in houses don back porch for people to relax

Fun family vacation

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Great location and overall the cabin was perfect for us. The internet signal was very weak and was not able to use it for internet searches. Ad well as the upstairs TV would not connect to YouTube I would recommend the housekeepers clean up and organize both the deck and downstairs patio. Thanks
