Great house and community central to all the sites
We loved our stay at The C House. It was close to beach access just steps away and in a quiet community with a community pool which my kids loved! The home was clean and well equipped with all of our cooking needs and the rooms was spacious and comfortable. Lincoln City is one of the bigger coastal towns so it had easy access to groceries and restaurants. It was also a mid point for all the interesting places around (Florence to Cannon Beach). We also saw some whales passing by on the beach too at Lincoln City!
We do wish there was an key pad access from the back door. The street parking is limited in the front but that is the only keypad access so we would need to drop someone off to open the door from the front then drive around the hill and down the neighborhood to the back to park in our parking spaces which was inconvenient. There were also some small things to fix like a loose toilet paper holder in the bottom floor, back door seal may need to be fixed, and a door in the master bedroom that sticks. However we have loved our stay overall and have very fond memories of our time there. Would stay there again! Thanks Olivia Beach house!
Two separate living areas made this perfect for a family retreat. Two of us were full-time, and kids, grandkids, and greatgrands came and went, with some overnights. Pool and nearby playground (easy walk) were great. Beach is always fun, but a longer walk (down many stairs) or drive. Nice neighborhood, away from traffic.
Adorable house in a great neighborhood!
Beach access a quick walk up the street. Clean đ§Œ and cute home. Enough room for the family to get together or spread out. Recommend the stay.
We loved this property!! It is very large and very nicely decorated!! The sunset view from the master bedroom is wonderful!! Would definitely stay here again!!!
We have gone to Lincoln City every year for the past 5 years & always stay at Roads End. This year we had to change housing midway through our trip because we couldn't fine one house to accommodate all 5 nights. I had been curious about Olivia Beach so we decided to give it a try for 2 nights- it is a completely different experience & we absolutely loved the little village feel of it - so much to explore! The houses are all fairly new & its nestled into a little community - perfect spot to wind down our vacation. there is a community pool which was closed due to covid-1, but we can't wait to come back.
On the check-in side, we did not receive our access code, so we spent that entire day calling Meredith Lodging at every number possible. I sent messages through VRBO that were never responded to, and even went through VRBO help line, but they couldn't reach anyone either. Check In was at 5pm. We finally were able to get through to someone at 7pm who gave us the access code. It was very stressful as we had another family travelling with us & we did not know if we were going to be able to access it or have to cut our vacation short & drive the 5 hours home. Luckily, by trying the line to make a NEW reservation, my husband was able to reach someone who gave us the access code. Despite that, and the shmarmy tone from the customer service chat person who responded to my 7pm texts at 11pm regarding my frustration and that an exterior door handle fell off immediately upon opening it, we did have a nice stay.
