• Rental Agreement: You will be required to provide an email address to digitally sign our standard rental agreement prior to your stay.
• Security Deposit: A credit card must be placed on file for a $350 security deposit hold. This is not a charge; it is a hold that is released after a damage-free check-out.
• Damage Insurance: A mandatory, non-refundable fee of $89 will be charged for accidental damage insurance, providing coverage up to $25,000 for a worry-free vacation.
• Pool Heat: The private pool is heated to 85°F. Please note that during unusually cold weather, the heater may struggle to maintain this exact temperature.
• Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed and active on the property's exterior.
