Au dessus des nuages; magnifique 4 chambres, 3 Âœ salles de bain avec grand salon au dernier niveau avec une vue fantastique. Trois ponts pour profiter de la splendeur de la montagne. CheminĂ©e en pierre et plafond cathĂ©drale en pin dans le salon. Grenier avec vue sur le salon et les montagnes. Grande salle familiale au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec Ă©cran plat 50 pouces et Nintendo Wii avec 4 tĂ©lĂ©commandes. Sortez de la salle familiale au bain Ă  remous 5 personnes sur le pont. Perfect group Base Camp for our weekend exploring the Balckwater Falls Area!

We rented this property for our pre-wedding weekend of exploring the Blackwater Falls Area with our closest adventure friends. We had plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed having breakfast while on the main deck in the mornings and watching the sunset in the evenings. It was great to come back from a day of hiking to soak in the hot tub as well. The property was very clean and well kept. We really enjoyed it!

Fantastic view, great location, comfy living room

Wonderful view of mountains and valley, great decks on several levels, fabulous living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and comfortable furniture, excellent access to Dolly Sods. Some things were broken, some kitchen stuff was very unclean, towels were ratty, etc. Even so, I'd come back here again.

We love the whole area from Blackwatwr Falls to Seneca Rocks.. we have been coming every fall since early 90s and plan on continued visits !! We have always been happy with our rental thru mountaintop Realty .. especially on Mountainside Rd .. BEAUTIFUL ???? The team was very helpful and friendly.. I spoke to Dakota a few times and she was very helpful and answered my questions.. thank you!! We loved the view.. the hot tub was amazing on the deck with the view????

Becky was very helpful when we had a family emergency and I thought we may have to change the date of our trip.When picking up the keys. Your staff was very friendly and pleasant. A Family Favorite

This home is a treasure! We considered moving in! The views are spectacular and the access to Dolly Sods is priceless. The kitchen was great. We enjoyed many meals on the deck. I loved the views from the kitchen. A beautiful place!

Weekend Stay

Spent the weekend at Cody's while visiting Dolly Sods. Beautiful home with amazing views. I wish we had planned on staying longer. We could have easily spent more time just lounging around the home or exploring the trails in this large plan of homes. Appeared to be a busy weekend in the plan but it was very quiet on our road and at the home.

With a few small updates, this property would be wonderful.

My family truly enjoyed staying at Cody's place. The place was large and spacious and the views from the balconies were lovely. The temperature stayed cool, even in July, and we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after hiking the many near by trails. Some things need to be updated on the property, such as dishes, kitchen utensils, towels and small holes in the window screens, but we all had a very relaxing time on our vacation at Cody's.
