Le salon est spacieux et idéal pour une soirée en famille après une longue journée à la plage! Of all the properties we have stayed at, this is the cleanest, well maintained and detailed of all. Location is perfect for everyone in the group. Pool size is small but perfect for relaxation and lounging. Being next door to community club house is perfect. Layout of property, decoration and kitchen supplies on point! Highly recommend for number of persons listed. Golf cart and beach supplies a plus for all ages.

Awesome house

We chose this place because of the private pool and location to the main clubhouse, traveling with little ones it was nice to be close to the playground. Close enough to the beach it wasn’t too terrible to get there quickly. The house had everything we needed!

Nice and clean house

The home is in a great location in proximity to the beach if driving golf cart. The house was clean, it used YouTube tv (which we loved), the pool was fun for the kids, and was a great place to hang out and relax.

Great Stay!

The house was better than expected! It was very clean, spacious for our family of four and had everything that we needed. It was tucked away in a gated community which made us feel safe. If I had to give a complaint it would be that outside by the pool can be noisy due to the community pool being next door. But the house itself was wonderful!

This house exceeded all our expectations! It's a bike ride from the beach or even better take the included gulf cart. The community pool is right next door. Having the private pool kept adults and kids happy. The layout of the house is setup perfectly to spread out. Plenty of room to converse but also not be on top of each other. Can't wait to book here again!

House was darling! You walk in and they have music playing and the pool is ready for you to hop in! And the neighborhood pool is RIGHT NEXT DOOR! The gold cart is fabulous to get around. Loved the house and location. Just bring cleaning products yourself, there were none to use. We will be coming back!

The house was gorgeous, and very clean. The only "problem" we had was the size of the pool. The pictures online make it look MUCH bigger than it is. You can go to the clubhouse to the big pool if you want, if you have pre teens or teens I would suggest it. Overall, this is a lovely property, having the golf cart was really nice. Oh, and if you smoke or vape, don't stay here. Apparently there are devices hidden somewhere that can detect it, and there's a hefty $2,000 fine and you'll be asked to leave. Just an FYI.

Wonderful time in Florida

We had a great stay. Close to everything you would want. Very easy check-in process and communication was clear. House was well equiped but dont expect any extras(beach chairs, beach towels, salt & pepper etc) this was our only disappointment. Every other rental had beach supplies. Pool area was private and clean. The pool is small but it was perfect for us adults. Ok...there is crazy thing that happens everynight from 10-1am. Some sort of wildlife (bird,frog??) It is incredibly loud and very annoying to humans when you are trying to sleep. Kept our family up every night. Not sure how you fix wildlife but just a warning to not be alarmed like we were. 😃

Great House & Location, Poor Amenities

I rarely give reviews and I wanted to provide justification for an overall 3 star. If this review was solely on the house and location, this is a 5 star property. However, I am deducting 2 stars for the lack of amenities on a house that is very expensive for 4 nights in October. First, the overall checkout time of 9am is an absolute joke. The house is not small whatsoever, but it is not a mansion. Allowing 7 to 8 hours to clean a house is ludicrous and the first time I have ever had to check out at by 9am. In addition to the long time to clean, you are responsible for taking out all of the trash and doing the dishes before you leave. Second, they provide only 1 roll of toilet paper (3 total) per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 pods for the dishwasher and 1 very small trash bag. They also have no condiments, salt and pepper, etc in the entire house. Third, the house has no blankets for lounging in the living room or anywhere else in the house. Fourth, no shampoo, conditioner and only bar soap. Lastly, the golf cart is not a viable solution for getting around. We drove it for less than 10 minutes and it could barely get up a hill. They have a note on the golf cart that it isn't for long drives and you are responsible for up to $1,000 if the battery is damaged. The only reason you have a golf cart in Destin is to not drive and it defeats the purpose if you can't ride more than 5 minutes. On the positive side, the pool is great, the community center is wonderful for young kids and the house renovation looks great. They just need to make this like other rentals in the price point and offer the extra things to justify the price.

Hi Brian, Thanks for your feedback, I want to provide clarity on the items that you listed. We communicate the 9am check out time at the time of booking, we have this check out time so that we can properly sanitize the home for Covid19. We also communicate in our rental agreement we offer starter items for your stay such as soaps, paper products, trash bags etc, these are starter items as communicated in your rental agreement signed at the time when you book. We also communicate in the rental agreement that the golf cart is to be used only inside the gated community and to the nearest beach access. The golf carts are not designed to be a second vehicle or to be used for a primary means of transportation. We do our best to communicate this in advance of your stay, and in the rental agreement which you signed well in advance of your arrival, If you had any issues with these items when signing the rental agreement we would have gladly allowed you to cancel. Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room. The pool was great for the kids and they loved it. The listing doesn’t lie when it says it’s 3 mins from the beach. The golf cart was nice to use to get back and forth to the beach. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed using the stereo system in the house. I would highly recommend this home to rent. The location is great and the community it is surrounded by is very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was very well equipped. VERY CLEAN, beautiful decor sound system throughout the house was awesome, mgt team was very responsive even in the Fourth of July. We will be back!!

Great area, close of everything, was perfect for my family, me husband and 2 toddlers. House floor wasn’t that clean but nothing that we couldn’t fix. Our stay was amazing, will keep in mind for sure for next trip to Destin

End of Summer Vacation

Property and location were great! There were quite a few rules which felt a little unnerving at the start but overall, we didn’t have any issues and we realized they are all in place to protect the owners property. Would have been nice to be able to control when the waterfalls and lights on the pool operated. The home was beautiful, the amenities were a nice bonus. Being able to use the cart to go to the beach was great! The neighborhood was very nicely taken care of and get very safe and comfortable. Thanks for a great end of summer vacation! 😊

Fantastic Property

Clean. Spacious. Great open kitchen and dining, plus plenty of room for family around TV. Next to resort style pool, 3min golf cart to beach, or just read on patio and dip in the personal pool . fantastic...we all loved it
