Dans un coin tranquille, en face de la chapelle de Seaside, vous trouverez Lucky Charm, une maison attrayante remplie de lumière vive, de couleurs fraîches et de 5 porches pour vous permettre de profiter de la vue incroyable sur la ville et les habitants. Lucky Charm est une maison bien entretenue; Des couleurs apaisantes sur la plage, des salles de bains lumineuses et de nouvelles housses glissantes font de Lucky Charm un favori des locataires. Lucky Charm vit grand. Il y a beaucoup de coins tranquilles pour lire ou regarder la télévision. Les doubles portes du salon s'ouvrent largement sur le grand porche blindé pour les repas en plein air et les visites. Une cour latérale protégée vous permet de vous asseoir sur le porche et de surveiller les enfants qui jouent à l'extérieur. Le porche arrière offre calme, ombre et plus d'espace pour manger. Dès votre porte, vous avez plusieurs magasins et trois piscines, un centre de remise en forme, un spa, des courts de tennis, 20 km de pistes cyclables, un parc de jeux pour enfants et de nombreux restaurants primés. Une promenade de cinq minutes vous emmène au centre-ville de Seaside via la colonie d’artistes Ruskin. Une minute de plus et vous vous retrouverez sur les plages du golfe du Mexique. Les piscines de bord de mer attendent vos enfants, leurs jouets de piscine et une serviette. Choisissez entre la piscine de l’ouest avec de longues couloirs et une superbe grande piscine pour enfants ou la piscine couverte de l’est avec une protection solaire et une autre grande piscine séparée pour les enfants. Les couchers de soleil sont brillants depuis le pont supérieur de Lucky Charm. Lorsque vous montez les escaliers menant à la tour, prenez un pic par la fenêtre de l'escalier pour voir une vignette parfaite de la célèbre église blanche et du clocher de Seaside encadrés à l'intérieur. Laissez votre voiture garée dans la fraîche canopée des arbres dans la cour arrière; vous n'en aurez pas besoin.

The Homeowners Collection vacation rentals group was amazing! From their communication to the cleanliness of the home… everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again- or at any one of their properties!

Spacious, clean, cozy, plenty of outdoor space, and the location was convenient with views of the Chapel from the top deck! We have been coming to Seaside for a handful years, staying in a different home each time and Lucky Charm was by far our favorite property and one we would love to come back to again!

Great For Family with Small Kids

My family of 5 + our nanny stayed here, and we felt it was the perfect location + set up. 3 kids ages 4, 6 and 7. The 3rd floor air does work- you have to turn it on via remote. We never had an issue. There is no outdoor shower- it has been replaced with a storage shed. May want to replace the blender soon and get the trees trimmed- lots of roof scratching during a storm. Otherwise would absolutely book again!!! We loved it!!!!

Great Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the home was decent and worked for my daughter and I but had there been anyone else it would have been really small. The location was what we were looking for but the layout was weird downstairs with the bathroom basically in the kitchen and no privacy and the pillows on the bed were probably the worst I have ever experienced. Not sure I would stay in this home again but we didn't have a choice because of an issue with the original home we booked 2 days before our arrival. Also the tv's were extremely small and not smart tv's so you could not stream any shows which I found to be very odd and outdated. And the town shuts down before 10pm so nothing to do if you can't watch tv in your place and your are a night owl.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lucky Charm is in a great house in a great location and is central to everything. We have two small children so the layout wasn’t ideal with the bedrooms being on different floors. Overall the house was very clean on the inside. But the first floor screened porch was pretty gross. It seems like it had been overlooking for a long time. We had to clean it ourselves before we could use it. There was a dead frog, dead lizard and several other dead bugs/roaches. The table and chairs were covered in dirt/dust and it needs to be power washed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great except we could not use the two beds upstairs. It was so hot up there and never cooled down. My two boys, 13 and 9 had to sleep on the 2nd floor. One slep on the couch and the other on couch ions on the floor. I think this house should be listed as sleeps 4. Very tight for 6, even when 4 of them were under the age of 15.

Great location!

Overall, this is a fabulous property. Communication with property management was great. Only thing we really had an issue with was the bedroom on first floor and loft area on 3rd floor didn't cool as well as other areas.

Summer VaCay

Overall we had a WONDERFUL time! Lucky Charm is in an amazing area just mins from the beach. The house was perfect. The only CON we had about it was the upstairs washer. It’s didn’t work properly. However downstairs was fine. The beds are comfortable! The 3rd floor twin beds were great foe the kiddos! It gave them their own hangout space to watch tv and play. The porches and the trees surrounding the property were breathtaking. When booking be sure to also book your beach chairs in advance of your arrival. The cabanaMan helped us our on our trip and we were unaware to book weeks ahead of time. If you forget to book weeks ahead - be sure to get to the cabanaMan by 9am in the mornings to see if he has chairs foe the day. The complementary bikes were amazing! We took 10-20 mile bike rides a day! Well worth the stroll We LOVE this place and this area!! Pack your bags and have a wonderful time!!

Amazing Stay - Just a few suggestions

With 3 teenagers, it was wonderful that they had their own spaces throughout the house to retreat for some time on their own. The split level floor plan is great for multiple generations. The location was perfectly situated within walking and biking distance of everything. My only suggestion is to provide additional trash bags, as the two we were provided with were quickly used. Also, the washer and dryer were very slow and may need upgrading. But overall, the weekend we had was absolutely amazing.

Fantastic property with all the space you need for family togetherness as well as finding a little private space when you need a break and want to curl up with a good book. The third floor deck is great for nightly stargazing! We will be back again!

Family Friendly Home

We absolutely loved the location of Lucky Charm. It was tucked enough away from the busiest streets of seaside but also just steps away from the town center, fitness center, pools and beach. We loved being so close to everything and enjoyed the layout of the house. My only suggestion would be to have hooks outside of the property to hang towels and beach gear. We would definitely rent this place again!

Beautiful Seaside Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our time at Lucky Charm was enjoyable. After many years of visiting Seaside, I have discovered that I love being tucked back into Seaside. There is much less traffic to allow for safe bike loops for the kids, and it is very peaceful. Lucky Charm is on the corner of Forest St and W Ruskin, so you are tucked away but only steps from the park and town center. The outside spaces are the best I've ever experienced in Seaside, making this place one of my favorites. I was a bit frustrated during the reservation and booking process because it took multiple emails and calls to get responses from the management company on a few topics; however, once we were in the property, the company was exceptional. Unlike other property management companies I've encountered in Seaside before, everyone was friendly and helpful. There was never a wait on the phone or for resolution despite it being one of the busiest times of the year. Our welcome host was incredibly friendly, and you would have never known that they had been dealing with demanding vacationers all day/week/month. My only issue with the property was that the thermostat is a Nest thermostat, which is programmed and adjusts without warning. As a diligent renter, I am sure to raise the temp to 77-80 when we leave for the day and lower it to a more reasonable living temperature when we are in the home. With the Nest, the temp would reset to 90 without warning during the day making the sleeping attic unbearable for several hours after we returned. The thermostat would also reset in the night to a much higher temperature resulting in very hot nights and not a full night's sleep for an entire week. The thermostat is locked down by the homeowner, so you aren't able to adjust the programming. While we'd like to stay here again, I'm not sure I can sacrifice sleep for another week.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in seaside for 10 years, this is our second year to book with homeowners collection and have found them to be very easy to deal with. we love the location of the home and how easy it is to get to anywhere in the town. The home was extremely clean and we loved all the outside porches and balcony's, it was so cozy and the children loved their loft. We are in the process of booking this home again for next summer and will certainly always book with homeowners collection.
