Perfectly situated in the heart of Seaside, Florida, this home is just 194 feet from the East Ruskin Pavilion beach access and a short stroll from the town’s charming shops and restaurants. Designed to blend Seaside’s timeless coastal charm with fresh, modern luxury, every detail has been thoughtfully planned for comfort and style.

The renovation includes an expanded layout with a raised roofline that enhances the open, airy feel and a new rear addition featuring a light-filled dining room surrounded by windows overlooking the landscaped yard. The completely new chef’s kitchen will showcase custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, counter-height bar seating, and premium KitchenAid stainless steel appliances.

The home’s iconic screened front porch remains a beloved feature—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails—with a sofa, club chairs, coffee table, and twin hanging bed. Inside, guests will enjoy all-new designer furnishings, curated décor, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV for cozy family evenings.
