Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bed mattress was hard as a rock. It hurt my back and hip, so I slept on the couch and my husband slept in the recliner. Not ideal for honeymooners.Hot tub jets were not very strong.

Wonderful honeymoon getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented this cabin for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! Check in was very easy as they simply send you a code and instructions to unlock the door, no stopping anywhere to pick up a set of keys. The cabin was very clean and well maintained and had almost everything we needed. Everything we wanted to use (grill, hot tub, fire table) worked and was easy to use. The cabin was close to downtown Gatlinburg and the national park. The day after we checked in, management called to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us some good recommendations on things to do and places to go. Check out was simple as all we had to do was send a text after leaving our cabin. We enjoyed our stay and plan to possibly book the same cabin in the future.

The road up to was a pain. One way up, same way down. Had several instances in the our four day stay that we either had to back up the mountain or down to allow other guess to get to their cabins. Other than that debacle it wasn't a bad time. Will definitely look closer at access ease for next trip.

Amazing 25th Anniversary Vacation

Everything was as described...big space, shower is hugeeee, the pictures don't do this cabin justice! Views were amazing. Staff was very helpful and communicated as needed. The only thing negative I can say was there was a huge spider web in the shower. But it was not bothersome to us. We had such an amazing time and found this to be the perfect quick getaway for future plans.

Beautiful views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First thing I would suggest is go to the cabin during the daylight! We arrived into town late and it was very scary going up to the cabin, we didn't realize how steep the drive is and not a lot of room to park in our truck. The cabin was absolutely amazing we loved the views and the cozy fireplace. We enjoyed the hot tub even in the 40° weather. The cabin was very clean and the shower is amazing!! If driving up a steep mountain doesn't bother you then this is the perfect getaway!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was a perfect size. Very cute and cozy. The views were beautiful. The driveway up to the cabin is steep. We did have a few issues. It was only one roll of toilet paper in the cabin. The floors in the cabin were not clean. I had to mop them because they were sticky. Something was spilled on them and it was not cleaned. Some of the towels were also not clean.
