This was a wonderful property to stay at for our Glacier National Park vacation! It was very clean, the host was excellent with communication, and there was plenty of room for our family of five. It is a wonderful location for exploring the east and west sides of the park. I would recommend this property and definitely stay here again!
Beautiful stay at Beth & Patâs place. It had beautiful views, great location in East Glacier and wonderful communication with owners. Would highly recommend!
This location was an excellent base for a Glacier National Park visit. The property was beautiful and well cared for. We couldn't ask for a better place to have a small family reunion.
This was a great place in East Glacier Park. Beth's place had everything you needed and was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
The house was perfect for our trip. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and everything we could have needed was provided. The hospitality was above and beyond.
The place was perfect for 3 people who wanted separate rooms to sleep in. The host, Beth, was a wealth of information & incredibly kind. The location is about 45 minutes from the St.Mary entrance to Glacier & about an hour from the west entrance. Our stay was wonderful
This property was great. Travel to East Glacier easy, travel to Browning and highway connecting to Glacier 12-15 miles. Very quiet, clean and had everything we needed.
We have lived in East Glacier Park since 1993, where we raised our two children and have loved being part of this incredibly special community. I was raised "all over" as a Navy Brat (but came to Montana for college in 1983 and finally found my true home) and Pat is a born-and-raised Anaconda, Montana boy. We fell in love with Glacier National Park when we both began working as summer seasonal Park Rangers in 1986, after we graduated from Western Montana College. I worked in the Park for 10 seasons, and the summer of 2024 will mark Pat's 38th year as a Glacier National Park Ranger Naturalist! Pat wrote a book with stories about life as a Park Ranger called "Seasonal Disorder" that has delighted many-a-visitor, so let us know if you'd like to get a copy when you visit and he can personally autograph it for you! (You can buy from us directly or pick up a copy from the Glacier Park Trading Co. general store in town.) Pat is a Middle School teacher/Dean of Students in the non-summer months and I have done a bit of this and that over the years, including restaurant and motel owner/operator, janitor, elder-care and animal (both domestic and wild!) rescue and fostering. We love being able to provide this vacation home to give others the chance to discover and enjoy this incredibly special area.
When friends offered to sell us this cute place, we were so excited and jumped at the chance! We had always wanted to get a "place in the country," and this location, being just a few minutes outside of town, was ideal. It's quiet and scenic, but so close for running in to the store or to hang out with friends at the counter of the Two Medicine Grill (my favorite past-time!) Our property sits right on the edge of wild, undeveloped lands so there's a chance of seeing any of the area's endemic wildlife passing through the property. (Grizzly Bears, Black Bears, Wolves, Mountain Lions, Lynx, Bobcats, and Moose have all been seen from the house!) The marvelous views of the mountains sweeping onto the prairie exhibit exactly why Montana is known as "Big Sky Country."
Everyone says they love how peaceful and quiet it is out here, but love the fact that they can get in their car and be in town within a few minutes. People appreciate its location in relation to the two main park entrances and its proximity to the Two Medicine Valley.
