Like others said while it is a little dated the stay was nice. My only recommendation would be higher wattage on the lightbulbs as it was awfully dark in the house or change the frosted glass. Otherwise weâd stay here again.
We had a wonderful weekend on the beach. Its true, the property is dated decor wise but for the price and location, it's a 10 out of 10. The host is very nice, responsive and accommodating.
Wonderful condo that offers all you need with perfect location and views that are breathtaking. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Having a garage was a bonus add to keep the car cooler and easy to load things up and be ready to go whenever. Loved my stay!!
First, the positive notes. The condo is in a prime location with close proximity to the beach. This section of beach was absolutely beautiful with soft sand and was not crowded. There was plenty of space in the condo for our family of 4 & two dogs. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. Having a garage and a kitchen made it very convenient. Now the negatives. Upon arrival the property was not clean...nail clippings, dental floss, hair, crumbs, spilled sticky liquid, etc were on the floors. The screen porch door was laying across the back patio. The back patio door is completely worn out without any wheels on the bottom so it does not open and close easily. The upstairs deck that faces the parking lot is not usable because the wood has rotted. The guest bedroom upstairs has peeling window tint that flakes off onto the floor and bedding. The flooring on the master patio is in rough shape with tattered carpet. I understood that this is an older unit but cleanliness and basic utilities like doors should be in working order. The property manager was quick to send out someone to amend the cleanliness issue. A maintenance man also came out to put the screen door back on in a timely manner, however he was unable to fix the back sliding glass door because it needs to be replaced. We were refunded our pet deposit which was only 100 which was quite disappointing considering all of the issues. This could be a gem if given a deep cleaning and repairs.
The initial cleaning from last quest was skipped so we had to do a good deal of cleaning but after you see the view, private entrance with a very well stocked kitchen and charming decor our minds were so immerse in its magic! Also pool was pristine!!
Unit had great location. Unit itself...Sliding doors difficult to open/close, lock on sliders a challenge to lock, upper balcony dirty, pad under master bed sheets stained, dirty dishes in cabinets, scratched up door and screen (expected I guess in pet friendly). TV remote back wouldn't stay on, garage remote fickle. Not a bad place, just run down. Rated communication with property manager as OK because vbro required a rating, but we did not have any communication to rate and did not seek any either.
When arriving, no sign of parking passes, empty white claw can on balcony, two burnt out lights, refrigerator seal broken. While that was not a good way to start, the office was quick to answer and deal with issues. The place could use some up dating with an outlet hanging off the wall and unfinished wall paper.
Place is dated, needs a little facelift. More silverware would be nice and a bit more pots and pans. Not really beachfront, moe like dune front. Good location and your own garage is nice.
Property is outdated but it is functional. Some things do not work such a s Blindâs, TVs, and Hosea to clean your feet after the beach. Nevertheless it is a great place to enjoy the beach with a closed garage where you can place you paddle and surf boards, bikes and anything you like to bring to the beach. Air conditioning is excellent and great room distribution for a family of 4. Kids can be loud while parents can rest. Having our dog with us on this vacation was wonderful and a perfect accommodation for our special needs children. We will be back. The nuances overshadow the great features of this beach town home. If you are looking for luxury stay away. The fun and function that this place offers is really hard to find in this area, specially if you like Bringing all you toys.
The property was fine. Located close to grocery and restaurants. The downside was we like to cook and the kitchen is not supplied adequately if you like to cook a lot while on vacation. We had to borrow a can opener from a neighbor. Also, the hose to clean off from the beach was only about 5-6 feet and didn't reach the grass, which left the patio full of water. It is a little outdated so the doors were hard to slide. Other than those issues, everything else was fine.
The property has two bedrooms and one bath upstairs with other bathroom downstairs. Everything was neat, clean, and great location.
The beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus for us. The linens were very soft and you can tell this was a priority of the owner.
We enjoyed our stay at this place and found it to have everything we needed for a family of 4 with a dog. We loved the area and have already booked a return trip in June at this same place. The unit is as close to the beach as you can get and the beach you have access to is very nice and secluded(there is a private boardwalk to access the beach). Having a garage to park in is a nice perk.
Older, but clean unit close to beach and pool. Easy to get to beachside restaurants and attractions in town. Fun Putt-putt Golf right next door. Our family group enjoyed our stay.
We had a great stay and would stay at this property again. The condo is dated as we saw in other reviews but clean and had everything we needed, including the location. very dog friendly beach and area. only thing i would point out is stairs to upstairs bedroom are very steep if you have a family member that this would be an issue.
Even though this is an ocean front unit, you can't see the beach from the ground floor. From the 2nd floor you just can see the beach. The unit is dated but that was fine with us. We went for the beach. Overall, it's a good place to stay.
The bare minimum is the phrase Iâd use to describe this place. The location, garage access, and water pressure in the downstairs shower were nice. Everything else is cheap and outdated. We would stay here again if it was the only place still available in our price range.
