Nous sommes heureux d'annoncer que la piscine Village Walk Phase 1 est maintenant chauffée!
Venez vous détendre à la maison de plage de Jack! Au moment où vous entrez dans cette maison, vous vous sentirez comme en vacances. Des couleurs vives et amusantes et une lumière naturelle vous accueillent. Le plan d'étage a été conçu pour vous donner de grands espaces pour profiter de votre temps. Le salon et la salle à manger de la cuisine ouverte sont le lieu de rassemblement idéal pour un dîner en famille et même une soirée cinéma avec une belle télévision à écran plat. La table de salle à manger peut accueillir 10 personnes pour accueillir les grandes familles. La suite principale est située au premier étage et dispose d'un lit king size. Il y a trois chambres et le deuxième étage dont une deuxième suite parentale. Les quatre chambres ont une salle de bain privée et une télévision. Le deuxième maître comprend un roi avec une salle de bain privée. La maison offre de nombreux extras comme une terrasse spacieuse avec 8 chaises à bascule pour regarder les couchers de soleil sereins. Tous les conforts de la maison sont là, Cette maison offre 2 grilles, une petite, une grande et une nouvelle cave à vin! Cette maison accepte les animaux! Avant de vous rendre à Port Aransas / Village Walk, veuillez planifier le nombre correct de véhicules que vous conduisez conformément aux règles ci-dessous:
1) Jack's Place VW7 dispose de 3 places de parking pavées, 2 dans l'allée et 1 dans le garage. Si vous louez une voiturette de golf, il y a une petite place latérale pour la voiturette.

2) Des étiquettes de stationnement seront fournies par Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.

3) Tous les véhicules doivent être stationnés dans l'allée de VW 7. Pas de stationnement dans la rue, pas de stationnement dans les zones rouges et pas de stationnement dans les autres allées du Village Walk

4) Aucun bateau, remorque, bus, camping-car n'est autorisé dans la promenade du village

5) Le remorquage sera strictement appliqué

Love Jacks Place!

Really enjoyed our stay with the large living/dining area that seats everyone. Very nice accommodations all the way around. Great stocked kitchen, nice bed linens, and beautiful open upper deck for sunsets. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Spring Break mini trip

Jack’s place was wonderful. We went for 3 nights at the beginning of Spring break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone, the decor was lovely and the house was very clean. You can tell your management company is doing a great job. Thank you for having us as your guests. It was a pleasure and I will highly recommend Jack’s Place!

Great stay!

Great place to stay! Roomy, clean, lovely walking path to the pool, and beach was a quick drive down the road. Pool was about 4 homes away which was great! There was road noise from the traffic along the road. And the dumpster was a 30 second walk, which was great but we woke up to the garbage truck picking up trash early in the morning. Both things were minor, and I still give this place 5 stars! We would definitely stay here again!

Great big house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, love the table for 10 and how all the bedroom had their own. Bathrooms! We were so fortunate that it was a mosquito free weekend and we could enjoy the porch upstairs. I would stay here again for sure. The only con is the pool situation, two small pools for this big of a community like this is hard, The pool was murky and crowded. It takes nothing away from our visit though- we loved the beach!

We really enjoyed the upstairs balcony with rockers. Only negative would be parking. We had 3 vehicles and a golf cart and driveway only had space for 2 (garage not available for use). Parking along the side of the house was first come first serve for whole community 😔

Big open gathering place

We loved the layout of the home. I give everything 5 stars but the total stay was not that great. Our ac would not work. The ac company that came said the owners had a lock on a set schedule . It was set at 75! So hot! But they (portaescapes) quickly tried to help us fix it and bought a portable ac to help with the situation..items in the kitchen are not that great. Need some new pots and things. We did not have a canopener , potato mashers,potato peeler or a wine opener . Bare minimum. But over all we had a great time. We really enjoyed the upstairs rocking area.

Beautiful place to stay

The place was exactly as listed and the pictures, Beautifuly decorated and spacious. I like that Every room had its own bathroom. When we arrived the cleaning service did not leave any paper towels, so I called the propert mgr and they immediately brought them out. I will Say the floors were still a bit dirty in the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms when we arrived. We did have issues with parking. I think because it was during spring break people were parking in our driveway so we werent able to park Our own vehicles at our rental. Which was very frustrating.. other that I would definitely stay at Jacks place again.

Very comfortable for our party of 7. Clean, great location, and plenty of natural light. Grill was dirty when we got there, and entrance and exit layout is less than ideal. Overall very nice place, though.

Plenty of room for our extended family. Love the upstairs balcony with rocking chairs. Just a short drive to the beach. Only small problem was there are now only 2 dedicated parking spaces for this house, so parking for 3 cars can be challenging. The property management company was professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any inquiries. Would stay here again without hesitation and would definitely recommend to a friend! THANK YOU!

Excellent Property

The property was beautiful, it was very close to the beach, driving distance is 10 min. The only thing is that this property does not include golf cart access, which would be nice. We would consider staying here again.
