Vues parfaites, emplacement parfait, luxe parfait!

Spacieux et moderne avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, ce logement au 4ème étage avec accès sécurisé est conçu pour une vie facile et une escapade idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Les caractéristiques de la propriété comprennent la climatisation gainable, des canapés en cuir, des télévisions à écran plat, un mobilier moderne, des bancs de cuisine en pierre de César, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et une buanderie interne avec lave-linge et sèche-linge.  

Avec les superbes vues sur la plage et le chenal depuis chaque chambre et le balcon, il sera difficile de quitter l’unité.  Asseyez-vous avec votre tasse de thé du matin ou après une longue journée et regardez le surf se dérouler, les pélicans à la pêche, les dauphins en train de jouer ou même les baleines qui nagent si vous avez la chance de rester pendant la saison des migrations. 

Garez la voiture sur le parking couvert sécurisé et promenez-vous dans le centre-ville de The Entrance et dans toutes les commodités que cette entrée a à offrir: cafés, restaurants, cinéma, centre commercial, etc.

Avec une courte promenade de la plage surveillée et des piscines The Entrance Ocean ou une promenade dans le sens opposé vers Blue Bay, Toowoon Bay et les belles plages de la côte centrale, vous ne serez pas à court de choix pour la baignade ou la détente sur la plage. avec un livre.

Environ 50m du front de mer, 100m du parc et des restaurants ou 150m de la plage de surf.

La propriét���� est située à un peu plus d'une heure de route de Sydney, au nord via la M1 ou Newcastle, au sud via la M1. 
Si vous souhaitez laisser la voiture à la maison pendant vos vacances, plusieurs bus de la ville vous permettront de vous rendre dans différentes parties de la côte centrale.

Magnificent views. The unit had everything we needed and short walk to restaurants and cafes so it was super easy living!

Great views

Stayed here over Easter long weekend, great views. However, place was really dirty!!!! Stained carpet, glass doors filthy, balcony floor probably haven't been cleaned in months. Lounge room cushions were discussing!

Location was great, unit was filthy! Arrived to find cockroaches on floor, dirty hand & foot marks on walls, couldn’t see through the glass balustrade, outdoor furniture had to cleaned before we could sit or enjoy outside, one bed had makeup on the sheets & wasn’t just stained it was old makeup, beds were made but very messy also! U pay good money to stay in a location u expect more! Property owner needs to do a good revamp of their property

Location and comfort of this unit was wonderful.

Our stay at this unit was spoiled my the lack of cleanliness of the appliances , pots , crockery and other item in the kicten . Everything had to be washed before using. We couldn't use the BBQ because it was could greasy and dirty. The sliding door in the second bedroom couldn't be opened due to being locked with a key that we didn't have. These issues along with others were forwarded to the real estate managing this property via email and phone and we are still waiting for a reply. The air conditioner leaked water and we had to wait in for serviceman to attend which cut into our holiday time. When we requested extension to our check out time to compensate for this we were denied.

Thank you for your feedback Donna. -We are sorry to hear of the cleanliness of the unit not being to your standards. I have addressed this with the cleaners, had you of mentioned this when you arrived we would have sent the cleaners back to the unit to rectify the items listed. -The sliding door in the bedroom has been fixed and is now working. -As discussed on the phone with you the late check out was declined as the unit had a back to back booking and we needed to have you checked out so the cleaners could go in a clean before the new guests checked in on the same day.

However, my prime consideration when searching for a place to stay was that it be well air conditioned as I'm a person who abhores humidity. This unit was advertised as air conditioned, which it was not. I found out on reading reviews after my stay that complaints about the air con go as far back as 4 months, yet unit was still being falsely advertised. We were refunded $20 pn but that is nothing more than a token gesture. As we were staying over a weekend, there was no contact with the agent to make other arrangements – I did call the electrical contractor for the unit: still waiting for his call back!! Had I been notified prior to our stay I would have made alternative arrangements. Absolute false advertising.

Century 21 Holidays Terrible

Agent telling us the afternoon before we travel A/C on property is not working and gave us no other option. We paid a high premium specifically for the air con. The toilet was filthy dirty when we arrived at property. It was also obvious the air con never worked as the unit looked so worn out, this was not a temp issue. Raised all the issues with the agent, and she was not interested at all in helping and refused a suggested part refund for their major shortcomings. Very disappointing, will never consider coming back or dealing with Century 21 Holidays.

Hi Riad, Unfortunately it was bad timing in regards to the air-conditioning as it had only recently been noted as not working. This is currently being replaced completely. If there were any cleaning items that needed to be addressed we would have sent our cleaners to rectify.

Only negative, unfortunately air con broke down on our first day and wasn't repaired before our departure a weekly later - Hot during evenings but will be an easy fix. Totally recommend unit for couples or family, we hope to return in 2021.

Very good, with small exceptions

great location, great views, but the place could do with a few improvements. Walls were marked, bedroom lamp not working, dusty in places. Went to use vacumn and I have to say that it had not been emptied in years!!. Pulled it apart , cleaned it so I could use it. One big minus for us was no fly screen doors, could not listen to the surf during the day or night as had to keep glass doors closed, apart from this, unit was great to stay in

Hi Alan, Sorry to hear that you didn't find the property clean to your standards during your stay, please if this ever happens to you in the future a quick call to the office can fix that. In regards to your thoughts on the screen doors for the unit i will pass that information on to the owner.

Lovely unit- enjoyed our stay. Negatives- lights not working eg light above rangehood,bedroom lamp.views from bacony superb!! Will definitely stay again.

Awesome view, fantastic location

My wife and two week baby stayed in this apartment and loved it. Like a home away from home. Plenty of space and it had everything we needed. Enjoyed checking out the surf from the balcony too.
