Cette unité familiale est située en position privilégiée au 7ème étage du bâtiment St Tropez.

Avec un accès sécurisé, un ascenseur dans l’immeuble, l’utilisation du court de tennis 1/2 et de la piscine avec spa, cet appartement de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain est idéal pour une escapade de week-end ou des vacances en famille.
Tous les éléments nécessaires sont fournis pour rendre votre séjour agréable, y compris un grand balcon pour vous détendre avec votre café du matin ou après une journée bien remplie, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four à micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle et une buanderie interne avec sèche-linge. La chambre principale dispose également d'une télévision.

Garez la voiture dans le garage et promenez-vous dans le centre-ville The Entrance et dans toutes les commodités offertes par The Entrance: cafés, restaurants, cinéma, centre commercial, plage surveillée et piscines The Entrance Ocean.
Sinon, vous pouvez marcher dans la direction opposée à Blue Bay, Toowoon Bay et les belles plages de la côte centrale.
Vous ne serez pas à court de choix pour nager ou vous détendre sur la plage avec un livre.

La propriété est située à un peu plus d'une heure de route de Sydney, au nord via la M1 ou Newcastle, au sud via la M1. 
Si vous souhaitez laisser la voiture à la maison pendant vos vacances, plusieurs bus de la ville vous permettront de vous rendre dans différentes parties de la côte centrale.

Was a lovely few days, wished we stayed longer!! Beautiful views and lovely apartment, definitely will stay there again.

Poor maintenance

The location can not be faulted. Cleanliness however was poor. The apartment had a musty smell, and the soft flooring felt damp. Although stated, not having wifi was a nuisance. The TV in the living room had poor sound. Overall the standard of the apartment was a disappointment, but had so much more potential. Value for money, location yes, but standard no.

Great view but there was tonnes of flaws with the apartment -Horrible service at the desk. Making us turn around from being at Gosford to bring back a garage remote for cleaning when they didn't end up needing it when we picked it up. As well as NOT informing me of check out date was on the 11/02 not the 10/02 when i handed keys in as it said the 10th on the booking pamphlet i got handed when checked in -No ceiling fans or air con so all the doors had to be open 24/7 -The bathroom in the ensuite was spraying water from wall fitting when turned on -The BBQ was not clean before we used it -The sliding door in the second bedroom (bunk bed) wouldn't open smoothly or at all -The wardrobe doors in the master bedroom weren't on the tracks -Shower was filthy -There was only one bin, and not even any bins in the bathrooms -Minimal selection of pots -Only one hot plate on BBQ worked I could go on for days. The best thing about the apartment was the view but needs some serious refurbishment.

Fabulous views and dream like scenery

I was a little concerned after reading few reviews that disputed the cleanliness of the appartement but apart from few dust bunnies in hard to reach areas everything else was good the unit is old but well furnished and maintained the bedding was comfortable and clean and extra pillows and covers available if needed. Two TV units in the apartment both oldish if you are used to smart TV and there is a DVD player and stereo unit with lovely artwork on the walls. Six burner BBQ on the balcony and a six seats table as well as a lot of cutlery in the kitchen. There is a kettle, electric frypan, toaster, small sandwich press and everything clean and tidy. The shower recess is very small and hard to figure out where was the hot water switch to get to shower. There is a pool and tennis court in the building (shared) Communication with the strata manager was a bit disappointing as all we got was a bunch of keys and an envelope without labels or instructions. I even had to figure out where was the parking lot entrance and where was our spot and to test all the different keys to know which keys opened what. At the end of our stay when we had to return the keys the office was closed (public holiday) and I followed the instructions left about where to drop off the keys if office not attended and tried to call the number provided to contact manager only to be redirect to a voice message bank and few hours later I received a message telling me that I'm late in returning the keys while driving back home few hundred kilometres away. All sorted after but again still very disappointed in the Communication process

Needs to be renovated

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment needs a renovation and needs to be clean. The bathroom had mould and overall appeared to be dirty. The location and view is the only thing going for this place.If you would renovate this apartment we would come back.

Very disappointed. The apartment was old and smelly. Was definitely not worth the money. There about 20 keys on key ring, very difficult to get into the front door. Would not ever stay here again. Waste of money.

Great Location, great views

Great location and great views. Unit very neat and tidy and very comfortable. All round a good stay. Would recommend ceiling fans in summer as was extremely hot during the evening.

excellent position great unit

we really enjoyed our stay at St Tropez the unit is well equiped it had everything needed in the kitchen plus a BBQ we loved the decore colours very beachy it was very clean main bedroom had a very comfortable bed although the showers are a bit small the views were just outstanding from every room the balcony was huge with great out door setting perfect for enjoying the view Just a short stroll to the beach and town will definately be back to stay at unit 39 we loved it

Hi Heather, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you didn't find the property clean during your stay that is unacceptable, please if this ever happens to you in the future a quick call to the office can fix that. The unit has had a few changes, the bunk beds have been replaced with a new Tri-Bunk Bed and the couches in the lounge room have been replaced as well.

Beautiful property

The apartment is beautiful and set out with ease, the balcony was amazing along with the beautiful views. The only negative feedback would be the circulation inside. It was very humid and we found it very hard to sleep. There was no fly screens to open the doors/window as insects might fly in. An aircon should be installed to insure a great night sleep. More comfortable couches should be taken into consideration
