Cette belle maison est située très près du parc communautaire de Briarwood, ce qui en fait le lieu idéal pour les passionnés de tennis ou les enfants avec enfants qui souhaitent fuir au parc.
La maison est meublée avec un beau canapé inclinable et une causeuse afin que vous puissiez vous lever après une longue journée passée à explorer Naples. Vous apprécierez les apéritifs de cet après-midi au bord de la piscine ou en entrant dans sa salle à manger très élégante.
Cette maison a été joliment aménagée avec un lit King size dans sa suite principale, une reine dans la chambre d'amis et deux lits jumeaux dans sa troisième chambre. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et le salon dispose d'un très grand téléviseur intelligent de 65 pouces.

Briarwood again with pleasure

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was about our 8th stay in Briarwood and probably the 5th house we have stayed in.Cozy house, however, the approach to the front door is dirty and the hardware on the door is old and unkept. The dryer needs to be replaced, takes hours to dry clothes. Several electrical outlets did not work and trying to figure out the pull cord and wall switch to get some of the ceiling fans on was challenging. Only 3 face clothes were provided in the entire residence that sleeps about 6 people. The owners should consider adding a wi-fi printer or at least some writing paper and a few pens as we found none. I understand not wanting guest to waste water, however, the water pressure in the master bath was almost nonexistent. The 2nd bathroom was better.The automated system to call in guest did not work. when we called the number provided if the system didn't work, no one answered after 10 mins of the system telling us someone would be right with us. Fortunately, the security officer took care of us.This was the first residence we stayed in that was not a lake view and to be honest, I don't think we truly got comfortable with it. Overall, hard to complain about Briarwood.

Great trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We totally enjoyed our stay, the property was very clean and comfortable, especially the master. The kitchen was good, but probably a new toaster to replace the old two slice one should be considered. The pool was great but the sun lounge chairs and cushions were very well used and badly stained. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Pool House and Location

We loved the house, with its open concept, separation of the bedrooms, the covered pool, the friendly, well managed, quiet neighborhood. The location is quick to downtown, shopping, restaurants and the beaches. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks to all.

Warm and Wonderful

The 5 of us had a very nice time for 4 fabulous weeks. We were so fortunate that each day was very warm and sunny. The heated pool was so inviting each afternoon when we returned from the beach. This house is in the lovely, beautiful neighborhood of Briarwood. Great for walking, running or biking.. literally just around the corner was the community, heated pool with a nice tennis court and pickleball court. 5170 is nicely decorated and has comfortable beds as well as nice ,linens/towels. The kitchen is rather small and the cookware supply is limited. Bring your own sharp knives and toaster Management helped us immediately since none of the 4 TVs were functional. We would stay here again but we prefer staying closer to Delnore Wiggins State Park beach which we went to practically every day.

Excellent gated community

I and my daughter stayed there for 2 months. The house located in a beautiful and quiet gated community. I enjoyed walking in the morning and swimming in the afternoon. CNE employees are so nice and kind to help me arrange everything I needed.

Beautiful Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and well appointed. We liked the fact that we were able to walk to the community pool. Our dog met a variety of very friendly dogs and the neighbors were nice, too. The landscaping of the whole community was immaculate. If I had to suggest anything, I would monitor the kitchen ceiling lightbulbs. They seem to burn out quickly.

The beds were extremely comfortable, loved the lazy boy furniture, and the private lanai and pool we’re amazing. This community is located very close to shopping, restaurants and lovely Naples itself which we loved. One small recommendation, a kettle and a baking dish or roast pan for the kitchen and update and increase the number of pool towels. Overall thoroughly recommend and would return.

Complete relaxation

Well maintained, clean, quiet & secure community. Both our private pool & community pools were wonderful, we enjoyed hour & hours at both! House was clean & very comfortable, matches on line pictures completely. Check in & out was seamless. Would have rated five star but for the absence of few small items, Pool towels old & thin and only 4 provided for house rated for 6, no kettle, no oven mitts or baking or roasting pan, toaster needs updating. Although these were somewhat minor issues, barring them would have rated 5 stars.

Wonderfully comfortable and beautiful place to stay

We had a wonderful time here. The amenities were just right. Plenty of linnen , kitchen stocked with things to cook. Highly recommend staying here. Hosts were easy to get in touch with and very responsive to our needs and the needs of the home. Property is well maintained and cared for.

The community is quiet & beautiful, and very walkable. Everything is within 15-20 minute ride. There were umbrella & 2 beach chairs (we could've left ours home). The kitchen did lack a few minor things - dishrags/sponge, a bottle opener, colander & a teapot would have been nice. All-in-all it is a really great place. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

GREAT LOCATION

We enjoyed are stay. The pool at the house is nice ,water temp great ,kids loved it. The community pool is steps away. Naples Fifth ave ten to fifteen minutes by car. The master is quite large. The other two rooms adequate . Large screen tv In family room. Plenty of towels. Wish they had a makeup mirror,and a larger Waste basket in kitchen. The place is great for a family of six. Would stay again.

Beautiful, well equipped home in desirable neighborhood.

Beautifully well equipped home in a friendly neighborhood close to all Naples has to offer. Kids loved the private I ground pool. Would love to return someday.
