The amenities at the apartment are great - enough glasses, plates and pans, microwave, washing machine, sharp knives, cute little outdoor area - all that and itâs a pleasant and easy walk to the main attractions. Comfy beds and pillows plus spare blankets - everything you need to have a comfortable stay for a few days or a few weeks.
Glanmor is a really simple, convenient unit and works well as a base for a visit to Queenscliff: an easy stroll to the town centre, the beach, the Fort and very easy drive to the ferry, Point Lonsdale etc It's easy to live in, has good basic equipment and a private outdoor space at the back. It's one of 3 attached units along a fairly narrow drive behind a cottage. We parked on the road as otherwise we would probably have blocked in cars from another unit further down-and we'd probably have had to reverse out anyway. The area is very attractive and quiet, so road parking didn't worry us but it meant we had to carry provisions, luggage, bedding, linens, etc up and down the drive on arrival and departure. The unit had obviously been well cleaned but there were dead ants around the loo and in the shower and in the kitchen and we met a cockroach who made its way into one of our suitcases. We couldn't find an insect spray or we would have used it-apologies if that's our failure to see. A couple of ceiling lights lacked bulbs and anyone wanting to hang out washing would have had to contend with a partly-unsecured washing line-although there was a lovely new washer and drier to use. We enjoyed our stay. We feel perhaps there had been a gap between our stay and previous guests', during which these small housekeeping issues had arisen and hadn't been spotted. It was good value and we would certainly mention it as an option for holidays in Queenscliff.
The accomodation is comfortable, we had everything we needed, it is quiet and just a short walk from the main drag. We will definitely be back next year for the next Singing by the Sea.
We loved our stay at Glan Mor. The place was cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Although we were only there for 2 nights, it's definitely a place you could stay for much longer periods. Lots of storage space & all the amenities you need. Garage was such a bonus! The beds were very comfortable as were the couches. Wifi was a bit spotty, as was TV reception, but not a big deal. Could do with an updated set, and also a bit of a clean up of garden spaces but otherwise fantastic! We will definitely be back :)
Very nice, spacious and clean apartment with plenty of crockery and glassware. Everything supplied including washing powder for the machine, sunny outside courtyard with clothesline. Walking distance to the beach and nice cafe for breakfast/lunch, a short drive to main street with shops and eating places. A day trip on the ferry to Sorrento for lunch is a nice trip to do. We took our small dog and he enjoyed twice daily walks around the area

Very comfortable apartment. We hired the linen pack which was good quality bedding and towels. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware. My only drawback was there was heaps of hanging space but no drawers or shelving for non hanging clothes in either bedroom. An insert of drawers in one side of the wardrobe would be great. The apartment has a small outdoor area with furniture but no grass. Thereâs a nice cafe close by for breakfast/lunch but otherwise .the main eating area and shops are a short drive or ~ 800m walk away. We enjoyed our 5 day stay with our little dog.
Glan Mor was a gorgeous little place that was perfect for our family and more charming in real life than it looked in the pictures. Spotlessly clean with new carpet throughout. Lovely small garden and perfect location, walking distance to a great cafe and the beach, as well as to town.

This lovely unit had everything we needed, and was in a fantastic location. Really enjoyed the peaceful neighbourhood, and the private courtyard.
