LE CLASSIQUE WESTMOUNT. Superbe condo à Westmount, avec foyer et grande terrasse. Sur 2 niveaux.
Demeure historique. Récemment rénové. Le meilleur de l'ancien, et pourtant en parfait état. Goût, style, luxe, confort dans ce condo à court terme à Montréal.
Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un salon avec une cheminée, un canapé-lit confortable (double) et une grande télévision à écran plat. De belles touches partout. Le salon a une porte, il peut donc être une chambre entièrement privée lorsque le canapé-lit est utilisé.
Il y a une zone d'étude, prête pour un ordinateur portable - sans fil haute vitesse, wifi, accès. Encore une fois, joliment décoré.
Deux chambres, chacune avec un lit queen size. Les deux font face à l'arrière et sont complètement silencieux.
La terrasse donne sur les cours arrière. Totalement calme et reposant. Un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre.
Au deuxième niveau inférieur se trouvent la salle à manger, la cuisine et la salle de bain.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée et à la pointe de la technologie, avec un comptoir en marbre. Les appareils sont en acier inoxydable ou noir.
La table de la salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes.
La salle de bain est grande, avec la baignoire et la douche combinées traditionnelles.
Notez que notre quartier n'autorise pas le stationnement de nuit dans la rue, nous offrons un espace de stationnement intérieur, disponible sur demande moyennant un supplément.
Près de tout: 2 minutes à pied du métro Atwater, 2 minutes en voiture du centre-ville (bien que plus facile de prendre le métro). En quelques minutes vous êtes partout: Vieux-Montréal, Plateau, Rue Mountain. Aussi à seulement 12 minutes de l'aéroport Trudeau de Montréal.

Exceeded all expectations

The principal objectives of my three-week stay in this lovely house were to escape the heat of May in Mexico and to spend time in a much-loved part of Montreal. And the house delivered on many levels of cool. It’s ideally located in Westmount, beautiful inside and out, comfortable, incredibly well equipped, and everything you need is within walking distance. Montreal visit

Had a great time in Montreal which was enhanced by this property. Fantastic location just a couple of blocks from the metro, great restaurants and shopping (including an IGA food market). Property is quiet, clean and comfortable. Only note is that the bedrooms are on one floor with the living room and the bathroom is on the floor below with the kitchen. My wife and I are 70 and it posed no problem for us but for some it may be an issue. Patrice was a great host. He met us when we arrived and showed us how everything worked (great A/C by the way). He even showed me an app that allowed me to get data roaming for cheap. Way cheaper than my provider's plan. Bottom line - would we stay here again. Absolutely!

Wonderful spot for a short break

We really enjoyed our stay here, the place is incredibly comfortable and had everything that we needed. The house is lovely, and the location is convenient to local shops and transport. We would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment and the landlord was very helpful during that time. Building is very close to the centre of Montreal and the Westmount area so walking the area is a joy.

Clean and updated townhouse!

Beautiful and clean updated 2 floor condo. Has everything you need with optional garage parking. Very welcoming hosts that showed us where to park and around the condo. Convenient washer and dryer. Excellent and comfortable beds and towels. Great location close to metro and good neighborhood.

Wonderful place to stay in downtown Montreal

Marty and Patrice were the most hospitable hosts. They thought of all the little details that made our stay so convenient (well stocked kitchen with everything we needed). This was the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in and they made us feel so welcome. The location was excellent, near the metro and delicious bakeries. We loved the park around the corner with the splash pad for the kids. We would love to come back and stay here again someday.

Friends getaway

Patrice and Martin were so very welcoming. The garden was beautiful and calming. If we ever come back to Montreall, we hope we would be able to book with Patrice and Martin.

Home Sweet Home

This home exceeded all expectations. Our favorite was the beautiful garden kitchen, well-equipped with dishes, glassware, and cookware. The home's decor perfectly blends old and new with comfortable seating and beds, a fireplace, and state-of-the-art television, lighting, and ambiance. The house sits in a friendly neighborhood with access to everything. The IGA and our favorite Les5Saisons provide groceries. We had a good experience at Gentile Cafe (brunch on Sunday) and dinner at Gentile and Le Taverne sur la Square. We bought three-day metro tickets and used Uber to travel to/from the airport. The owners thought of everything. It was a restful respite and a great birthday celebration!

More than 5 Stars!

Perfect place to stay. Apartment was immaculate and had all amenities needed from soft bathroom towels to a kitchen that was a joy to cook in. Patrice was a great host and made sure we were comfortable. Great location with easy access to Metro and quick walk to Atwater market. Highly recommended, one of the best places I've stayed.

A lovely place to stay

We had a lovely visit to Montreal and greatly enjoyed our stay at this property during the Grand Prix weekend. The location worked great for us and the property was exactly what we were looking for; a quieter location a bit away from the race weekend crowds. The townhouse is beautifully appointed, clean, and impeccably maintained. Access to the Metro was super easy as well. Would definite consider a return visit next time we are in Montreal.

Better than perfect!

We loved our stay in this impeccable, stylish, ultra comfortable flat in Westmount. Furnishings are lush and thoughtfully presented for guests, the Metro, good restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. Best of all, Marty is an angel! We'll be back.

Stylish, Peaceful, Great Location

The space is beautifully decorated; with lovely touches and state of the art lighting and appliances. We loved the back porch; it made us not want to go anywhere. Very nice landscaping, overall a calm environment. We paid extra to park in their garage, which was certainly worthwhile. The location is great. Easy walk for morning croissants and to good restaurants

The best VRBO we’ve ever rented!

This home is absolutely beautiful! It’s located in a lovely neighborhood, walking distance to everything you could want, including a metro station. The building is reminiscent of an old Montreal home, yet its updated, lovely, modern and classy interior relay a totally different vibe. Everything is top notch, from the furniture and other appointments, to the fantastic utilitarian kitchen and cozy interior, it’s everything you could want in a rental. You’ll feel right at home! The owners, Marty and Patrice were awesome, they were super communicative, and friendly. We were incredibly comfortable in this Montreal gem, we highly recommend it! Great rental especially for the price!

Our favourite family place!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was not only very clean with comfortable bedding, but it also boasted beautiful, hip decor and interior design. Patrice and Martin were incredibly kind, gentle, and engaged wonderfully with our kids. They offered excellent recommendations for both Montreal and local spots, giving us plenty of great options. Communication was always prompt and helpful, ensuring that all our questions were answered. The apartment had all the amenities we needed to live, cook, and relax comfortably. The location was beautiful and situated in a safe neighborhood, with the added benefit option of parking. We were also close to a fantastic playground for kids, and a short walk took us to bakeries, larger parks, running and biking paths, clothing stores, grocery stores, a market, and the water. Overall, our stay was superb and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

A fantastic space in an amazing location!

Patrice and Martin were incredibly welcoming hosts, and their beautifully renovated home was a great place to come back to after exploring Montreal. The nearby bakery and bagel shop became a morning ritual, and the subway stations (only minutes away - Atwater and Lionel-Groulx) made it easy to plan our daily activities. The enclosed patio at the back made for a relaxing space for a drink to unwind at the end of a long day, or to sip a coffee and tea in the morning as we organized our daily adventures. We only just arrived home this afternoon, but have already recommended this listing to our friends - we can't imagine having stayed anywhere else.

Can’t imagine a better place in Montreal

Clean! Well appointed . All amenities are first class including kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. Great parking in a garage. Location! Location! Location. Great artwork! Quiet. Montreal is a great city to explore with first rate restaurants and festivals. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Don't look any further.

This is the perfect place for your stay in Montreal. The apartment is spotless, modern, stylish and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable and it has been very quite. The kitchen is very well equipped. Proximity to downtown and Mount Royal Park is great. We walked to most places or took an Uber. If there had been the chance for a higher than 5* rating we would have rated it higher. Really highly recommendable.

ABSOLUTELY LOVELY PROPERTY AND STAY

The property is beautiful and in a beautiful area. Thoughtfully decorated and stocked to meet your every need. Well located a few minutes walk to the Metro. The host Patrice greeted us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know for our stay. A wonderful and friendly greeting! We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and relax with wine on the deck after a long day of sightseeing. If I were to come to Montreal again, I would definitely stay right here all over again. And if 6 stars were an option, that's what it would receive.
