The unit was fantastic... great location and layout..... tho my car is 2.2m high and couldnt get into the parking area supplied. I had initially asked the property manager with no response. I ended up having to park in paid parking which wasnt good. This could have all been avoided if it was mentioned on the ad or the property manager knew there properties.
The location is great and checking process was good. The apartment was not as clean and new as in the photos and need a lot of upgrades such as : kitchen wares, cleaning tools...everything was old and in bad condition. Thereâs no vacuum or proper broom to clean. With the amount we paid/night I expect a bit more. To compare the same value in Asia we could have stayed in 5 stars hotel and great service but of course Australia is a bit different but if itâs for rental the owner should invest a bit back to attract more clients.
Overall I can rate this place 3* and need to lower the price for what it is.
We have had a lovely stay at this unit in Nelson Towers and were very happy with the accommodation and location. The weather was good to us as well , we will definitely be back. Beverley
The unit was really dirty we had to vacum, clean the toilets and the couches. We didnt even bother with the kitchen it was really bad we bought plastic cups and plates to use. There was cockroachs in the unit i got pics to prove. The balcony was devestating plus the disgusting smell of bacon from the cafe directly below. And much much moreeee. I would of rather slept in the cat than this unit
