We're thrilled that the location met your needs, with easy access to the Park City Mountain and Deer Valley parking lots, as well as being within minutes of downtown Park City, shopping, restaurants, and the grocery store. It's great to hear that the property provided plenty of room for your group of six, with the added convenience of 2 full baths, a half bath, and multiple beds plus a pull-out couch. CooperWynn Property Management would not rent to Mr. Ong again. * Upon guests departure, the hot tub jet was broken. A vacuum cleaner was left outside near the hot tub which contained multiple pieces of broken glass. * Our hot tub services technician services each unit twice a week and provides documentation and reports to our management team. The hot tub associated with this rental was in working condition when the technician conducted her pre-arrival hot tub check just before Mr. Ong arrived. * No one entered the unit without notice, and unfortunately, vacationing in a mountain location comes with the burden of interacting with mountain wildlife. There has not been an ongoing pest/rodent issue in this unit, nor was it reported for us to address. If doors are left open, outdoor pests may enter the unit seeking refuge from the cold temperatures outdoors. If there had been evidence of mouse droppings upon pre-arrival inspections and cleaning, it would have been removed, sanitized and pest control would have been called in. *Pre-arrival information was sent advising that if guests need additional items (i.e. towels, soaps, toilet tissue etc.) in addition to what we provide as a starter/arrival inventory, to contact Guest Services for additional items and "fees associated with this service". The offer to provide a delivery service for paper products was offered as an option to accommodate the guests’ needs during the stay. It was explained to the guest who called in what the policy is and that because we don’t offer this customarily, a delivery charge would be incurred for the labor to provide house call service. She declined and said they would purchase themselves.
