Le complexe est idéalement situé juste à côté de la promenade Osceola à Kissimmee et permet un accès facile aux principales attractions. Disney World, Universal Studios et SeaWorld. Des magasins spectaculaires sont à quelques minutes et deux des 10 principaux centres commerciaux du pays sont à proximité. Tous les types de restauration que vous désirez, des restaurants de chaînes populaires aux restaurants gastronomiques, sont rapidement accessibles en voiture.

We had a wonderful time at this house with our family! We were in Orlando for a dance competition and Disney world. The house was a convenient location, well kept and easy access. The main pool and lazy river was fun for the kids!

Highly recommend this place

We absolutely loved staying here!! We stayed here while we went to Disney and it was only about a 15 minute drive! The place was exactly like the pictures, very nice and kept up! Check in was a smooth process and Bruno was great at getting back to me about questions I had! Also we loved how our private pool had a child proof net around it so our little ones could not sneak out without us!! We would definitely stay here again!! 😁

The house was fantastic, but check-in/out was confusing. Nothing told us specifically how to do that, so once we gave the security guard shack our ID, that was it for checking in. Checking out consisted only of being out by 10 and that was it. Not the worst problem to have, but I’d agree with other reviewers that there wasn’t enough soap, hand towels, etc. A quick stop at dollar general fixed that, so no big deal. Otherwise overall everything was great and we had a great time.

Great locations, gate was tricky

The location of this property was great, very close to Disney which is why we were in town. The gate to get into the property was pretty awful but that was an issue for everyone staying, not just us. Cars would line up outside the gate and wait for one car to be able to open it after everyone else had tried and tried. The house was nice but a little rundown. The carpet is super old and worn and the couch was as well. I wish there were more towels, paper products etc but we were able to run to Walmart for toilet paper and paper towel and soap. Overall it was a place to rest our heads and it worked for that, probably wouldn’t stay here again but we didn’t hate it either.

Great stay

Property was exactly as described in listing and pictures were accurate. The location was great, 15 minutes to Disney parks. There was a Publix across from the entrance to the development which was very helpful. The condo was immaculate and included everything you needed to start your stay. We didn’t need to stock up on anything since were we staying only a few nights, but longer would’ve required us to purchase additional paper towels, and garbage bags. No biggie. The pool was perfect for the kids. Communication with the owner was painless, he responded quickly when emailed. I would stay here again and definitely recommend!

This property was nice. Had a good location to stores and two universal Studios. As far as the kitchen is concerned it had basic cookware. There were no spices at all not even salt and pepper. My biggest issue was the paper products. There was not even one extra roll of toilet paper and we had a party of seven staying for a week. There was only one roll of paper towels also. It did have bath towels for everyone and a small dish soap in the kitchen. There is a gate. It does require a code and the management company gave us a QR code to use. It never worked that was one of our biggest issues. It made it really difficult to get through the gate. Most of the time we just waited for someone else to open the gate and and we went through or we waited for someone to come out and we went through the exit. As far as the property itself was nice. It was starting to show slight signs of wear and tear.

Overall a great stay

Overall, my family and our friends had a good time! There was plenty of space for our group of 10. The place was very clean and tidy and the pool was a hit! We did 2 Disney parks and we were very close to both. There were tons of stores incredibly close as well. Some things that I wanted to note in case any furure bookings experience similar events: - We were not given check-in information until we reached out on the day of check-in. The property owner did not respond to my message through the vrbo app, but did respond to a phone call immediately. This then led to using whatsapp so we could translate. Property owner was quick to respond and in getting us our information. This information was supposed to come from the property manager who we did not hear from until we made contact. Again, once we made contact, the manager got back with us and all was through whatsapp. - Some rentals supply a small amount of hand soap, laundry and dishwasher supplies. This place does not, so just plan to purchase ahead of time. Each bathroom does come with 1 roll of toilet paper. - They do pool maintenance but never let us know when that was happening. They always came when were not at the home. They will monitor pool level and if they feel it is low, they will put the hose in the pool. The 1st time, the hose was set on a timer so the water was off by the time we arrived home. The 2nd time, the hose was not set on a timer and the pool almost overflowed. So be on the lookout for the hose.

Minha estada na casa foi excelente. Quando precisei entrar em contato, o Bruno sempre me respondeu rapidamente. Não tenho nenhum destaque negativo sobre a casa. Foi tudo perfeito. O condomínio tem ótima localização, muito próximo do complexo da Disney e próximo tb a centros comerciais e bons supermercados.

It comfortably fit our family of 6 with some extra room to spread out. Minimal cleaning items and towels available (specifically hand and wash towels), but when requested additional towels, they were quickly brought to our property. You have to buy laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, additional toilet paper/paper towels, but overall great property. Easy, ample parking and great resort pools!

The location was great and easy to access all the nearby attractions. The kitchen was lacking with only one kitchen towel and the cookware was a little worn and damaged (warped pots and pans). Overall it was as advertised and a fantastic location.

Great community, convenient location

We had an excellent 17-night stay at this Love Storey Lane property. Check-in and check-out was super easy. The location within the Storey Lake community was really nice. It was easy to access the community pool/rec area by foot. We were also pretty close to one of the entrance/exit gates. I also appreciated not having another pool/patio/backyard butted up against us. We found the water pressure to be lacking a little bit in both the showers and dishwasher. The WiFi was a bit unreliable at times, which affected not only our personal tech but also the TV. The property managers were EXCELLENT and quick to resolve our problems with the A/C unit on two separate dates. Off-property, we had ample and convenient access to stores such as The Fresh Market, Publix, Target and Dollar Tree. Shipt was able to deliver goods to me without a problem. Same with my Orlando Stroller Rental. The convenience to area attractions was SUPERB. We would stay at this townhome again in the future. Thank you for having us.

Nice Home

The home was exactly like the pictures--no surprises. Had 8 people (2 families of 4; 4 teens/tween). Sleeping/dining accommodations were ample. It was a little tight if everyone wanted to be comfortable in the living room at the same time. The one day we had to use the community amenities, they had to close down all pools for maintenance--that was unfortunate, but they looked nice and fun. One big complaint--which the property owner has no control over--was the noisy neighbors on the STREET side of the property until like 4:00 in the morning. I don't know why they were partying on the street side instead of in their back yard, and I don't know if they were renters or permanent residents--it was impossible for the 4 of us in the bedrooms on that side of the house to sleep through the noise though. A couple of little complaints that the property owner could do something about (all 8 of us agreed on these)...1. The pillows provided were really uncomfortable 2. The towels were like 1992 gym towels--small, rough, thin, and not enough of them. Females need 2 towels each (wet hair). We had to do laundry too often due to this. The check in process was a little stressful only because there was nothing listed in the VRBO site. When I didn't get instructions of how to access the property a week ahead of time, I was worried I had been scammed. Eventually I was able to reach Bruno, and he communicated that the access code would be provided the day of arrival (I actually got it the day before). By the way, we did not need a neighborhood gate code--I was confused by that, but the entrance nearest the home was not access controlled. We felt the location was perfect--"20 minutes" became a joke because anytime we looked how long it took to get where we were going, it was 20 minutes. All in all we recommend this property, and would stay there again. If the same noisy people are in the unit across the street, then we would post a different conclusion.

The Property manager we had at Storey Lake was amazing. Check in process was easy and he was very responsive and worked with us on everything. The Gates at Storey Lake and the staffs professionalism about the gates was the reason for the 3 star rating. It's a gated resort but the gates never worked with the paper bar code they give you. We had to wait for someone to open the other side and drive through.

Amazing house!

We stayed here during the Christmas holiday and from the beginning it was a great process. We were given all the info needed before arrival. The check in process was easy, the house exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, well kept, had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to parks and and restaurants. The supermarket is around the corner. We would definitely recommmend this place and will definitely book again when we are back in town.

My name is Bruno, I live in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil and my major is Civil Engineering. I have four vacations homes at Orlando Area that I rent. This house is my newest vacation home. It was decorated with all affection and love for us and we hope that our guests make use of it with the greatest possible care, always respecting the house rules. Currently I live in Brazil and I have a property manager that helps our guests during their stays. Orlando has become our favorite vacation destination, and every time we are visiting this lovely place.
