Ocean front condo au 9ème étage avec un lit king size dans la chambre et lit queen size dans la salle avant. Cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle, quatre gamme de brûleurs w / four, et un grand réfrigérateur.
Lecteur Blu-ray et 42 "télévision avec câble et Netflix inclus. Balcon donne sur la piscine extérieure avec quatre chaises et une table pour dîner dehors côté. Très bien situé pour le shopping et
en marchant. Proche de toutes les attractions. Piscine intérieure pour la baignade par temps froid.

Condo size was perfect for the two of us.

perfect location, perfect view of ocean from balcony. The building was neat and clean. Nice shaded parking for your vehicle in the ramp. We enjoyed the condo very much, had everything we needed. Would recommend it to anyone. Had a wonderful stay and hope to return some time again.

Great stay

This was a wonderful place right on the beach. The owner was on vacation that week, so communication was tricky, but it turned out okay. The internet service was inconsistent, but I didn’t go on vacation to use the internet. The pool was great, and the condo had everything I needed.

Excellent!

We were there for my daughters wedding and were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. Its very hard to book a trip when youre coming from out of state based on pictures only but in this case everything seen on line, is on point. The apartment was clean and the view was amazing. We will book again.

Our Get Away

Host was awesome to communicate with. 2nd time staying in this bldg. first time renting from this host. Location is great and you couldn't ask for a better view of the ocean. Like other comments the garage can get tight if you have a larger car but we managed. Will try to rent this property again.

Great

My husband and I stayed for a week with our 2 year old and it's by far the best place we have stayed yet. We go to myrtle Beach every year and this place is nice and the location is what we loved. It's quiet and not in the area where all the partying is going on. The only thing we didnt like was the parking garage but once we got the hang of how to navigate and park it wasnt that bad. Will probably stay again next year.

Clean place and beautiful view from the balcony

Very good price. The hide-bed system to pull-it out was broken. Also the toilet is not properly fix to the floor. But the elevators were working perfectly. The inside parking is very narrow. No clear information about the exterior parkings.

Perfect!

We just got back from our Myrtle beach vacay and couldn't have been happier with the condo. There were 4 of us....my husband and I and our 11 and 9 year old. For the purposes of a week long stay, there was just enough space for us. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony was my favorite spot of the week! While we didn't need to communicate much, Johnny was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great week!

Great Condo

After a not so great start to our vacation our property landlord made sure that we were able to get the most out of our stay. The condo was great for the 2 of us. The pool was amazing. The biggest drawback of our entire trip was the parking garage. I know the renter has no control over that so I am not blaming him on that. The garage has very narrow entrances and exits and I ended up damaging the side of my car because of it. It’s only cosmetic so no harm no foul. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great space for a couple and is right across the street from the beach.

Beautiful condo

Such a wonderful condo, absolutely beautiful with a great view of the ocean. We had coffee on the balcony every morning. Johnny was great and very easy to get ahold of if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot !

We had a wonderful time! Enjoyed the fabulous location.. so close to ocean and pool. Beautiful view in the morning from the balcony. The bed was so comfortable… usually have back issues but not with this bed! Very clean . Just as described !

Great trip to Myrtle Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning. We had coffee on the balcony every morning. The condo was very clean and so well equipped. Johnny even had coffee, salt and pepper, mayonnaise-mustard and so many other items available. Dishwasher was new and worked very well. All the pans, bowls, dishes and utensils you would need. It was only 300 steps to the water. We went walking every day on the beach. Beautiful walk. Johnny was quick to answer any question we had. He was great. We had a great stay and would come back.

Excellent was exactly as photos showed.

Great. Only suggestion would be having more than 4 towels and wash clothes. Johnny was more than great to work with. Any questions I had, he responded right away. Would stay again.

Awesome Location

Ocean View from the balcony was beautiful, loved the option of indoor or outdoor pools. Parking was horrible! Parking garage way too tight for large SUV and not enough parking in south lot. Came back at approximately 11pm and there was absolutely no parking available, was very frustrating

Great Getaway!!!

This was the perfect getaway for me and my wife. I’m not going to lie, we were a little nervous when we arrived; the hallways leading to the room had a smokey scent and it seemed a little rundown, however, that was just the initial reaction. The room is as pictured but the photos don’t do justice of the view. When you first walk into the room, you’re immediately hit with a large view of the ocean/beach. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked, we didn’t need to bring anything! Just a short walk to the beach, we would leave our umbrella and chairs out while we ate lunch in our room. Great pool just steps away from the lobby. Looking at the other reviews, yes, the parking garage is tight. The first day, I had to back up several times trying to cut the turns, however, after that first day, we didn’t have to back up again. (Nissan Altima). The room was very clean, comfy, and inviting. We definitely recommend staying here!!!

Enjoyed our stay... beautiful ocean view

The only two downfalls are that the parking garage is very narrow and difficult to manuvere the vehicle and the shower wall shelves are not flat level so everything slides off. Otherwise everything was great. You can park outside but limited spots.

Great location, awesome view!

Pictures are exactly as it is. Nice place to stay for location and view from balcony is gorgeous. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids. Space was kinda cramped. More suitable for just a couple than a family. Condo is nice and clean and comfortable, but is needing some updating in the near future. Would definitely stay again. Owner is very responsive and nice.

The Location of this property is why I purchased here. It is in a semi residential are and normally very quiet with little traffic compared to other hotels and condos.

The view from the balcony is what sold me on this property. Not too high and not too low so that I could enjoy sitting on the balcony reading or just enjoying the view.
