Location, location!

I enjoyed a wonderful four weeks at Michael's place. The apartment's kitchen was well equipped and the entire unit was exceptionally clean. The proximity to Park Ave can't be beat. A beautiful area!

We had a lovely time staying here for 4 nights. It was our"home away from home" while we checked out area colleges for our son. It is a charming blend of retro and modern decor. It has all the modern amenities you would need in a kitchen and bath. Very sweet place!

Wonderful Stay

This property is very comfortable and is just like it is in the listing. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and utensils. Beds were comfortable and just a great space. It is only a block away from Park Avenue and very convenient for walking to shops and dining. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. Would stay here again!

Ideal location for Winter Park vacation

The apartment is well maintained and has a mid century personality. The vintage furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen provides for all cooking needs which we loved. The best for us was the location which allowed for walking around the town. We look forward to returning.

Winter Park

This was a perfect apartment for a getaway. It was nicely appointed and offered all the amenities you could want. Situated near downtown, it was the perfect location to stroll Park Ave or go for walks through the beautiful neighborhoods nearby. Owner was very responsive to my questions. A great find!

Well Equipped Condo in Great Location

This was our second stay at the condo and we just booked our third. It is a perfect home away for our monthly trips to Orlando. We love the area and the condo is so clean and comfortable. It has everything we need and then some. Thank you Michael for being such a wonderful host.

Great Winter Park location

Our second time at the apartment in a year. We love the location and ability to walk to shops and restaurants (many of which are still open). Three grocery stores within a mile made shopping easy. The quiet roads and lanes around Winter Park make for excellent runs and walks. Social distancing was achieved even on Park Avenue. We’ll be back!

This apartment is so well planned and perfect for anyone wanting to walk to Park Ave. it is equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I will definitely choose this unit when traveling to Winter Park again. Michael was very thorough in communicating all the details and it was most reassuring to have a local contact in case there were questions or needs. He also accommodated my special last minute request with ease!

Perfect getaway in Winter Park

Growing up in Winter Park and visiting frequently sometimes requires us to have a place to stay other than with family. due to space. Knowles House was perfect for us! We absolutely loved the location, the decor and all the amenities. My daughter actually made her bed every morning and when I asked her why she did because she doesn’t normally do at home she mentioned she really liked the vibe and her space. We will definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful and comfortable home, great location near Rollins College!

We visit our son a few times a year, to spend time with him and watch him perform with the Rollins Improv Players. As there are so few hotels near Rollins, I decided to try VRBO for the first time. I could not be happier. It is on a beautiful street a block from the Park Avenue shopping and restaurant area. It is very close to Rollins College and the Black Box Theater where RIP performs. Michael Black was a perfect host, helpful and easy to reach. We were so comfortable. It is roomy and really lovely. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The living room an sun room were also lovely and so comfortable. The description in the advertisement is spot on! We will definitely stay here on future visits to Winter Park.

Nice, quiet,clean and close to Park Ave.

We rented this property for family coming into town to visit us for Christmas. This place was perfect! It's nicely furnished, has a new kitchen and bath and has all the amenities needed. Being on the ground floor was great for my elderly mom too. It's 1 block from Park Ave which is so convenient. We hope to be able to rent this for many years to come. It was just perfect for us! Thanks again for making our Christmas in Winter Park very enjoyable!

We live minutes away from the property and are often on Park Ave walking Sally (Golden Lab), visiting the Farmer's Market and eating at one of the numerous restaurants. Bill and Kathy each graduated from Rollins. We love Knowles House and the surrounding area. We're sure you will too.
