Weekend at Jervis

This property was good and comfortable. It’s very close to Callala beach. We we a group of 12 and enjoyed our stay here.

Great time had by all

Excellent location and the house is a great size for a large family or families, plenty of space and amenities for everyone. Would recommend.

Lovely location and functionality

Great location and functionality. House worked really well with a large group of people. Generally very clean (bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen), however the sofas and rugs need a good shampoo or replacement as they have lots of stains and did smell a bit.

Both toasters are broken, fans are broken, floors were filthy, gauzes and doors broken , yard is fire and snake hazard, lights didn’t work, dryer didn’t work , pegs were rusty and brittle and broken, 1 power points didn’t work live wires were hanging out of ceiling in 1 room, only 1 of 3 tvs worked no remote controls ,vinyl coming off kitchen cupboards, location was great , dishwasher was fantastic , washing machine was good , outside barby was great

Great Location

We just loved the home, the location was spot on and we had the best weekend with our family. The BBQ was cleaner when we left it, overall the house was perfect

Wonderful home. Enjoyed every moment.

However the price was a bit too much considering the area and facilities around the area.

Seaside Royale is a great group accommodation property with 4 living areas giving plenty of space for everyone. One street back from the beach it is not far to walk to the white sands of Jervis Bay.

Good

The property itself was perfect location. A bit disappointed when there were ants, ticks were found in one of the guests's room. Ants and spiders were in the back cabin. My sister got bitten by something from her bed that she little red lumps on her face and body. Cleaning fees had been charged so the house should be clean thoroughly before next tenants arrive.

Location is great with the owners of this property catering well for all holiday guests. Unfortunately we were not made aware of the ant issue while the guest was at the property, this would have been dealt with immediately for them. Ticks on the other hand can travel on people and animals easily, we do provide fact sheets in our compendiums at each property with warnings and precautions to be taken. Seaside Royale is a fantastic getaway for up to 14 people and we hope that you will return.

wonderful surroundings

9 women stayed in this wonderful and comfortable home. the facilities were new and clean and the beds fantastic. Walk out back door across road to beach. Plenty of room and looking forward to staying again. (just bring a fan, no cooling)

Excellent property for family to stay

We are 4 families to stay in this place for 3 nights. It is a very nice house, clean, tidy, enough space for kids/adults to play and rest. 5 minutes walk to back door beaches. Kitchenware are plenty provided, we have everything that we needed. The only thing we want to recommend is for families who have children under 4 years, you might better to bring a safety door to install on the 2nd floor to keep kids fall down the stairs.

Very impressive. We found the facilities exceeded expectations. A well-equipped house with plenty of space to move. Easily fits the number of people it caters for without being on top of each other. Immaculate upon arrival and within easy walk to the beach.

A Wonderful Stay

All facets of the property were excellent. We stayed in a group of 12 and the accommodation and facilities were fantastic. Excellent location for a very relaxing getaway and plenty to do both inside and outside the house. Close enough to everyday conveniences but far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle. A short walk (2 mins) to the beach and about 10 mins to the golf club. Would definitely recommend and will be back again.

Spacious, clean and comfortable

Our second stay and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Easy to cook in kitchen, beds are comfortable and short walk to beach.

Modern house, close to the beach

Nice, large house with all the amenities you would want for a holiday. Lots of games for the kids. Large, spacious living area and large dining table so nice communal spaces for larger groups.
