Camp David 38-7 is a new, exclusive, fully furnished, self contained 1x1 studio apartment, within a holiday village. Ideally located in the heart of town and a short walk to most attractions, it is a comfortable, spacious, and upmarket apartment that represents excellent value for money. It is the perfect getaway for couples or business clients who wish to see what Exmouth has to offer with a touch of luxury. There is provision for babies/infant/todler on request. Adjacent parking is provided.
Camp David ticks all the boxes which will make your stay memorable. It has:
* a high level of sound proofing and heat insulation, facilitating tranquility and comfort at all times.
* 2 stage blinds for privacy and total block out - great for a catch up mid-day siesta if required
* a spit air conditioner and ceiling fans to cater easily for those very hot days.

* a fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas hotplate, microwave oven, electric frypan, elec kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a large fridge / freezer.

Really nice place to stay close to everything in town and just up the road from the pub , we loved the lounge chairs . Will definitely be staying there again in the future.

I would like to Ashley and partner for staying at Camp David, our prestige apartment within the holiday complex Getaway Villas in Exmouth. They fully respected guest obligations and left the place clean and tidy. They would be very welcome to stay again, as a returning guest.

Facilities were excellent, clean and comfortable Bed very comfortable and kitchen utensils adequate for our stay. Easy walking distance to the town and some restaurants. Loved the recliners to sit on and watch TV. All in all a very pleasant stay.

My son and I stayed for nearly a week in this unit and it was a great base for everything we wanted to do in Exmouth. Terrific location; very clean and comfortable. As my 12-year-old said: comfortable bed, great shower, excellent WiFi and TV. What more could you want? (I also appreciated the washing machine and good kitchen :)

Clean and comfortable

We found Camp David to be a clean and comfortable place to stay while exploring Exmouth and surrounds. It had all the basic things we needed. It was spacious enough to spread out, the ceiling fans to kept us cool and at the end of a big day out exploring we could watch our favourite shows in comfort on the big TV with recliner lounges. This stay is exactly as advertised. Good value for money.

Good place to stay

The apartment is good clean tidy and has everything you need. A few things make the place look a little dated (reclining chairs) but actually the place is ideal for a time in Exmouth. Bathroom and kitchen modern and worked well. When we reported a small issue it was resolved same day ( thanks for that). We would stay again

Fab apartment

Overall it was a great location, we went over the Christmas and new year. It suited ours needs, we beached it everyday, and went snorkelling. Came back, we could cook our own food or eat out at nearby locations. I would go there again, but we would prefer somewhere with a pool closer to our apartment. Overall it was great for what we needed. I would recommend and would go back.

Excellent base for exploring Exmouth

My husband, toddler and I stayed for three nights at Davids place. It is a lovely studio apartment with everything you need for a great, relaxing stay. The bed is really comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. David was an excellent host and went out of his way to be accommodating and respond to all requests. Thanks David!

Clean, comfortable and perfect location are the positives. I was given a 3 digit entry code when it requires 4 and the wrong internet password but I figured it out on my own and the correct network and PW were in the user guide in the unit. The internet is very unstable and not suitable for stream or video chat. The positive s and negatives are a wash and would not hesitate to stay there again.
