Nice for a short trip

When we arrived the key code sent in the email did not work, so I called the rental company and they very promptly gave me a new code. Once we entered my son was excited to get in the hot tub, unfortunately it was not filled enough to run it. I will say the rental company was very sweet and prompt and had it fixed a few hours after we check in. The game room was nice, the air hockey table has definitely gotten lots of use. The backyard was fenced in and a good size , some of the fence boards so need to be repaired .The location is nice if you plan to visit Helen, or check out some of the wineries.overall the cabin was nice but could use some updating.

Nice location

Plenty of room, small kitchen, nice game room. Place was a tad dusty and dirty. Management was very professional and responsive. Disappointing to pay a cleaning fee for a place that needed somw cleaning onnthe ceiling fans ans floors

Relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Pawsibilities! Everything was as described and GMR was so good to us!! The cabin was clean, cozy, and fun! It’s only a 15 minute drive to Helen and Clarkesville (which has everything). The only thing I was disappointed with was the fireplace. We would have liked a real, wood-burning fireplace, as originally described, but since it didn’t pass inspection, GMR fixed it by adding a pretty electric fixture. Just wasn’t the same. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great ocktoberfest getaway

Unfortunately the hot tub was not working which was depressing but they worked it out for us and we were satisfied with what was done. Overall this is a great location if your looking for a cabin to stay at close to helen Ga. This place is perfect for kids with the game room and pond out front.

Weekend Getaway

Overall it was a good experience. Property was cozy and spacious enough for my family and I to stretch out and explore the Georgia Mountains. It was conveniently located within a 15-20 min drive of most of the activities we wanted to do. The only issue was the jacuzzi did not work the whole time we stayed. Turning the jets on to heat up the jacuzzi would cause the breaker to trip. We tried resetting the breaker but it would happen each time. I called the PM company to advise them and they were quick to reply and say that someone would come out and check on it. Long story short, it was never working the whole time we were there, which was a bummer. Outside of that 1 issue there were no complaints.

Nice house and setting

Disappointed that the pots and pans were dirty, the coffee maker didn’t work, there weren’t any sharp knives for cooking, and the dishwasher was awkward

Fun Vacation

My husband and I along with our 4 grandchildren stayed here during our summer vacation. The property was as described. We were very comfortable during our stay and had so much fun! Pawsibilities is located in a quiet, private neighborhood. There is so much to do in Helen and the surrounding area! I gave 4 instead of 5 stars overall because the hot tub was not full or turned on, so we were not able to enjoy a soak. The game room is perfect for families!

Absolutely perfect!

A beautiful location and cottage. Couldn't get over the great flooring throughout.... except for the threshold entering the gameroom was a trip hazard.

So nice and relaxing

We stayed for a few days prior to Christmas for my husband to unwind. It’s a precious place to stay. The cutes kitchen. Screened in front porch. I loved playing ski ball, air hockey. So many fun games. Huge comfy couch. So so clean . Great communication with the lovely lady that was helping me. The hot tub , We just melted. Fenced yard. Just a lovely visit. We will go back.

Quiet and convenient

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very quiet, quaint home conveniently located near Yonah Mountain vineyard, Helen and Cleveland. Located on a wooded and private lot with a Well lit entry, completely fenced backyard that the dogs loved. Hot tub was on, clean and warm when we arrived. Nicely equipped, and current kitchen and decor. Plenty of game tables in the game room but don't plan on using the sleeper sofa mentioned. Nice functioning big screen TV, and sectional sofa. Tile floors throughout.

Vacation in paradise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pawsibilities is a great cabin and it makes your vacation more fun to have your fur babies along. We loved the screened front porch with a swing and rockers and the fenced backyard and back patio with hot tub. GMR is wonderful to work with. The kitchen and bathrooms are small and the wifi didn't work at least 50% of the time and was slow when it did work. The router is located behind the living room TV and unplugging it helped some of the time but especially if it's cloudy/rainy you will have issues and may need a hotspot. The game room has fun stuff but is a converted garage and didn't cool as much as we would have liked in order to use the sleeper sofa. For a 5-night stay you'll want to bring some paper towels (cabin had 1 roll), dishwasher pods (cabin had 2) and laundry soap to wash towels. We love this area and you'll have a great time here.
