Beautiful property and very close to shopping and restaurants. The outdoor pool was a must to beat the heat everyday. Becky was attentive to our needs and making sure we had an enjoyable stay.

Thanksgiving in Ballwin

Beautiful house, great location, VERY clean, and check in was easy. The house has everything you need. The host was easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly.

Perfect Little Oasis

This property is beautiful - inside and outside! Everything was exceptionally clean, including the pool. So many amenities are provided. Becky, the host, is beyond kind and helpful. We will stay here again!

Perfect for a weekend in the pool

The pool was great! Plenty of seating options and pool rafts. The house was very clean and we were able to utilize everything in the Kitchen.

Great Place

The place was great. Very clean and accommodating. Location was convenient to numerous places to shop and dine, we recommend Katie's. Becky was always responsive and her place is very well maintained and furnished. And of course the pool is just an added bonus for those hot summer days or just a morning swim. Hoping to be back soon.

Everything about this experience reflected excellence. Owner was superb with communication and flexibility. Pool and grounds were great. Enjoyed the small touches leaving food, a bottle of wine, hand sanitizer and more. Highly recommend.

Lovely residential location

Our family enjoyed many hours in the pool because we were there during a severe heat wave. Lots of pool floats. Lights around the pool at night were charming. The owner had so many of her belongings throughout the house, that to me, it seemed somewhat like we were invading her privacy. She generously told us to use anything in the fridge and cupboards. It would have been helpful to have an empty cupboard in which we could have stored our food items. Although the home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is close to many restaurants and other commerical facilities.

Jerome, I am sorry you did not find the. space for food! The pantry has a space for guests. This is my primary residence so yes, my things remain. Just as if you were to rent a vacation home in a tourist community or "snowbird" town. We welcome guests as family. And you are welcome to return!

This lady is a stalker and crazy

The very first night we were there she texted me that we left the garage open and we were not at the house, when in fact WE WERE in the house with the car parked in the street. She accidentally texted me instead of someone else prior to checking in the day before saying she had COVID!! This is her primary home, and she stays nearby while people rent it. That should be illegal. The house immediately smelled musty like mold. She expected us to CLEAN the house even though we paid a hefty cleaning fee!!! Last minute said we couldn’t use the loft, I did the towels we used as a favor and she mocked me saying “she didn’t ask me to do that” Never again! I feel violated and stalked

Amy this is unreal. First of all I can love or stay wherever I wish. It’s my home. Second I mentioned I’d have people checking on things. The garage and gate were open and no cars in drive. My help was trying to protect you and the property. I did not tell you I had Covid My message was sent to the wrong person and it was telling her I was still not up to speed AS A RESULT of Covid A MONTJ BEFORE! I told you I didn’t have it and I would NEVER put anyone in that position My home is clean mar than most people who live in them as it’s done 2x week The listing does NOT INCLUDE the loft. You used it anyways. I did not ask you to wash towels. I also did not ask you to clean. I charge a fee for that but I should have charged more because I had so much to do when you knew we had people checking in that day. My garage was a mess. Every single thing was filthy. Except the living and dining room My swim trunks my Bluetooth cord were taken and my pool float was busted. You blew up my phone late saying I locked you out. I was an hour away for the entire time. And don’t forget I gave you a 800 discount on a holiday weekend! As you said, never again. I’ll make sure vrbo knows!

Family home with wonderful pool setting perfect for outdoor lounging

This property came as advertised with a beautiful outdoor pool setting perfect for all day lounging for both kids and adults. Becky was a great host- very easy to communicate with, and communications were proactive beginning before arrival. The house itself is comfortable and clean. One thing to be aware of is that the hosts live in this house, so there was no room in the master bedroom to unpack in the dresser or closets and the refrigerator/freezer had a lot of the host's food in it. However, the other bedrooms had room to unpack, and the hosts did not mind if you helped yourself to what was in the refrigerator/freezer, so if you don't mind this (which we did not), then it was no problem. In fact, the hosts were generous about providing things like paperware to use by the pool and a full coffeebar. We would consider renting this house again if we are back in the area.

Lee well I very much appreciate the compliments and the review here, I would like to clarify! First of all I advertise that this is my primary residence so everyone is clear about that. Second of all the master bedroom is extremely spacious has a window seat a chair ottoman three open drawers in the dresser and half of the walk-in closet for people to be able to store their clothing and other items In the four years I’ve done this I’ve never had one single complaint about the space allotted for a short stay. I’m sorry you felt this way. There were only 2 of u and 3 bedrooms to choose from . There is nothing in my advertising that says that this is set up primarily for guests. Thank you for Staying again you guys were spectacular yes but we’re very sorry that you were disappointed in our accommodations.

thank you. the issue with the siding and soffit that was damaged from the heater outside is in process of being resolved per the insurance you paid for. No additional cost to you. No extra fee for trash removal (fortunately)

Great getaway!

Beautiful property and excellent pool area, designed for relaxing and long days outdoors. Becky was a great communicator and worked with us closely. Check in and out was easy. Spent most evenings in the backyard. Would stay again!

Pool was a hit!

We stayed for a few days with another family and mostly hung around the pool area. Plenty of space for all and pool was a perfect way for us all to relax and catch up. If you do want to venture in to St. Louis, it is a short ride. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area.
